USA Pawn & Jewelry E 22nd St, Tucson

Have had the pleasure of shopping the 22nd street store quite a few times I have built a good report with the manager. He is amazing Having made purchases with confidence his style is to watch out and explain every thing. Some times knowing what battles a computer reconfiguration might pose and pointing out to me to the better choice Those are the actions of someone I would call friend I don’t pawn anything just enjoy finding great deals Having someone help with a small discount when they can due to the time the item has been on the floor keeps me coming back for that great service. I shop all of your stores but I would rate this one head and shoulder above the rest ! I will continue to shop and enjoy the fact that no one at this store is not doing everything they can to be fair and show me that they value my business. Thanks for the great stuff

Had a very good experience with the staff . A couple days ago I was in looking for an iPad found a very nice one Ms. Kendra took the time out to talk with me and go over every and anything I asked for help with very knowledgeable and professional. If you need help and you get her believe me she is awesome.check out that store. Everyone is so awesome there.

Honestly terrible experience each time we try to do business with them, losing items low bidding items and realistically more intrested in making money rather than help out people when they really need it, and as a pawn shop you need to build relationships with your customers which this one does not save your self the troubles and head over to Kolb and golf'links.

This is by far the best pawn shop in town. Danni is a great employee and goes above and beyond to help me when I am strapped for cash.

Every one here are amazing and super helpful. Need anything come see Kendra,Cass, or James.

I am a long time customer of USA Pawn & Jewelry and from time to time I get to interact with great employees. Kendra and Dani are two employees who make sure they give me the best experience they can possibly give me. They know I'm into cameras and make me aware when something comes along I might want. Also I get reminders if for some reason I missed a date or coming close to it. I appreciate them both!

James was very helpful in providing me with a wonderful first experience. The chatter was enjoyable and made me feel at ease. I was able to pawn some jewelery for way more than I was expecting. And overall just a great experience, I'll surely be coming back for more.

Very rude was ignored half the time I was in there the old lady was the most rude told me I wouldn’t get what I asked for even at another pawn shop went right up the road to the same franchise jus a different location and they gave me exactly what I need I will never go back to this pawn shop I felt un welcomed and I have worked in this business before soo it was jus irritating getting horrible customer service I really think a manager needs to sit down and talk to some of their workers. And also train them properly on how to speak to humans.. again the most horrible experience I have ever had before, in any store my entire life very rude!

very well .. i got a fair price from sale of item , and later got a loan . was satisfied with both transactions . had visited another pawn out of convenience , but U.S.A. gave me way fair/better deal . customer service , was also very decent.

Dani is the best everytime I come in she usually is the one who helps me out. I have been coming here for a few years and have never had any issues. Short on cash this is the place to come.
