Anyone who is even considering buying a new home or refinancing has more than likely come to that decision with much thought and realization, that a new chapter in life is on the horizon. Lets face it most of us buy new homes only a handful of times and for my family once before @ 18 years ago and it was pretty much like starting fresh we needed a complete refresher course.
