Working with Brogan Kemmerly and his team was a very positive experience. As a returning customer to NOVA, we were given rates that blew the other guys out of the water and having people like Brogan and his team to walk us through the refinance experience is about as good as one could ask for. Maybe I don't have the experience with lots of others out there, but these people have set such a high bar that I don't know that I'd ever want to trade that in. Quick. Knowledgeable. Efficient. A good deal. What more can you ask for?

Ken is absolutely amazing to work with. Buying a house while my daughter was having surgery was very stressful for my family and I and Ken saw that we needed extra help, hand holding and even emotional support. He really stepped in and provided exponential assistance and really helped make it happen with a smile and amazing cadence. If you sent me a “Vote For Ken” shirt I would happily wear it daily till it fell off and then maybe get a neck tattoo that says it. :o) Overall, we could have not asked for a better partner in our 2nd home purchase with Ken and team in 18 months!

Rapid response to questions and always on top of the timeline. I had a 30-day escrow and Nova easily had everything lined up for closure. Before buying a house, most people told us that the mortgage part of the process was going to be painful no matter which lender we went with, and to just shop for the best rate. After going through the process with NOVA, I have to disagree. NOVA’s rates are competitive, but they may not be the lowest you’ll find. That being said, the service they provided was more than worth the difference in price. The personal time and attention they gave to us was unparalleled. They were available in the evenings and on weekends to answer questions, run numbers, update pre-quals, and even to call listing agents to go to bat for us. They worked closely with us and with our realty team to make sure we had the best possible chance of getting an offer accepted on a house and walked us through the process step-by-step from pre-qualification to close. I wouldn’t use any other lender after the experience we had. They have earned our brand loyalty hand over fist. (Though tbh, after buying a house in this market, I hope we won’t need their services again any time soon haha!)

Lance makes the process seem easy, and keeps you informed along the way from start to finish. After obtaining my original loan, I kept in touch with Lance and followed his advice on the appropriate time to refinance. Rates dropped, and he was awesome helping me get things done and completed the loan in good time. It doesn't happen overnight, and his patience with me was appreciated. This was a very poor transaction. I never spoke to Brian or any member of his team throughout the entire process. I am not a buyer I am the buyer's Realtor. This transaction should have sailed through but NOVA'S lack of knowledge regarding appraisal and CMA communication created a huge barrier in this process. Had myself and the cooperating Realtor not forced the issue and found a solution this deal would not have closed. At one point Brian the loan officer told our client the buyer .. "he doesn't like my tone" so he's not communicating with me any longer.(email) just her (the buyer). I am NEVER doing another transaction with this NOVA Branch again.
