Matt is awesome! I was given a month notice from my apartment complex to move out and he was able to get everything done so fast so I could begin to look for houses. Less than a month went by and I was approved and closed on a house!!! I would highly recommend going through Matt for a mortgage loan!

Due to not having a down payment available at the time that a house I wanted became available I was referred to Shawn Bowling from another broker.
