    Highly pleased with the service and attentiveness of Adam and Micah. They where knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and kept me posted every step! They didn't treat me differently because I'm a women they treated me very well and answered all my questions! They were attentive and kind to my two children! Highly impressed! They gave my youngest some snacks and let him play with some toys while we had adult talk. Even let my daughter use his phone charger so she could play a game! Will definitely go back and am highly pleased with the service, kindness and ambition to help me! Micah went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my choice and I understand any an all fine print in the paperwork!

    Stopped into Subaru today as I was ready to purchase. Robert assisted me in the process and was very kind and knowledgeable. He made the process painless and easy. I thought I’d have to wait a few days to get the car I picked after placing a deposit but it came much earlier than that and Robert reached out immediately to let me know.     Best experience with buying a new car we've ever had! My husband was looking to buy a new car in the next 6 months, and Subaru was at the top of our list. We stopped in to look and spoke with Adam Ervin. Despite knowing that we weren't planning on buying that day, he spent plenty of time talking to us and answering our questions. Even let us go ahead and test drive and gave us his cell # if we had any other questions. The next week, my husband's car was totaled and our car buying timeline changed dramatically. Unfortunately the car we test drove was already gone, but Adam was able to let us know what was coming in and we were able to reserve a car to be delivered within the month. He kept in touch with us while we waited, which was so appreciated! Once the car came in, we scheduled a time to come in and complete the purchase. Everything ran on time, Adam went through everything with us, and the finance manager Barry also went through everything so clearly with us. They were both an absolute joy to work with, and couldn't have made the process more pleasant and stress-free. No pressure, no trying to up-sell and add unnecessary things, just explaining everything in plain language and telling us what was worth the cost and what wasn't. Adam and Barry were both so easy and laid-back to speak to, SO personable, and because of this I would confidently say we will be loyal repeat customers. Could not recommend them more!

    My experience purchasing a car from Subaru Of Dayton was excellent. I worked with subieSteve through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could.     My wife and I were entirely pleased with our experience with Subaru of Dayton. We have been looking for a Crosstrek with under 50k miles for a few weeks. Subaru of Dayton listed a beautiful khaki Crosstrek at a great price. We called and got the process started over the phone as we live in Cincinnati. When we were able to get up to test drive, Dave was totally cool, efficient, and low-key. Barry helped us with figuring out our financing and was a pleasure to work with, as well. These guys really know their stuff. I felt they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. We were in and out with keys in hand in less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend Dave, Barry, and the whole Subaru of Dayton team. They seem to really care about the customer experience more than the bottom line.

    I felt like they were pushy to make more money. I haven't had anything but green on my tires and suddenly was told they were balding and needing replaced. They have about 55k on them total and though they aren't new ... are still a few thousand miles away from needing replaced.

    I have never owned a Subaru but when looking for a reliable and safe used car that would be good for an active outdoor lifestyle, the Outback became the obvious choice. This 2013 popped up on a search and I stopped by. I worked with Adam Ervin. In addition to being a great individual who absolutely took care of everything, Adam is also a Subaru enthusiast and STI owner. You can really tell when an outfit works hard to satisfy customers and these guys definitely do that. I would absolutely recommend them.

    Went in for routine oil change. Greeted promptly with a smile. Only thing I can complain about is I’d rather see smiling eyes. Masks are preferable! Customers had the ability to keep social distancing and inspite of the winter weather, outdoor seating was available. Work done in appropriate amount of time and I was on my way.

    I ended up buying a Subaru elsewhere, but it was Micah at Subaru of Dayton who really sold me on one. I went in with little interest in a Subaru, but thought I’d check them out for the sake of thoroughness. Micah walked me through all the features and benefits of a Subaru. He live demonstrated some of the cool safety stuff and all the convenience gadgets. Then I drove the Ascent and really liked it, but they had an Outback Wilderness on the lot (already sold to another customer) and I fell in love with it. Micah took the time to run through pricing and options of both the Ascent and the Outback, and laid out how long it would take to order or to try and snag what I wanted. Since I was driving a rental after an accident that totaled my vehicle, I couldn’t justify ordering and waiting. I was lucky enough to find the exact Outback Wilderness I was looking for, though, from Kings Subaru. I hated not being able to give my business to Micah, but overall it was a great experience.

    Good staff makes the car-buying experience enjoyable and effortless. especially, Nathan Harm. He was the service stuff before, so he knows more about car's mechanical and electrical detail than your average sales associate. We had a very nice experience working with him to get our 2021 Forester Touring. We will definitely come back to buy another Subaru in the future.

    We spent a day with a salesman going through a car and told him we would be back the next day to buy it. He told us to make sure we let him know about what time so he could have the car ready since it was in the show room which we did. When we got back the next day the car was still in the showroom and was no where close to being ready and they didn’t have anyone there to detail it on that Friday so we could take it home. So the transaction had to wait for Monday. On Monday I attempted to contact the salesman without luck so I called and left a message for the sales manager to see when the car would be ready. Hours later I hear back from the salesman saying he has been busy all morning and he didn’t know when the car would be ready. I asked to speak to the manager which the general manager got on the speakerphone to tell me he isn’t sure why it wasn’t taken care of yet BUT they are a very busy dealership which sells over 200 cars.a month so they are really busy. I asked if he is to busy for us because we will go somewhere else. He said no but he would call me back in 15 minutes to let me know when the car would be ready. He never called guess he was to busy. Be ready to be pressured into buying an extended warranty. The financial manager went over all the add on warranties and I asked if you really need all this we probably should be looking at a more reliable car. Which he said it is just money well spent if you ever need it. Crazy. They also wanted us to put a 90 day tag on the car since they said they could not put from our old car. The license bureau said they are just adding additional cost to you. I have bought a lot of vehicles and I’m not to sure this is a location that would receive my recommendation or business.

    In making an appointment for service on my cross trek , I was helped by 2 very personable and knowledgeable individuals . Melissa was able to fit me in to an all already busy schedule. Michelle helped me get checked in on the day if my appointment and was incredible! She went above and beyond for me. During my service appointment, I waited in the lounge. And wow! Not only do they have a coffee center and little candy bowl, but they also have a recycling center for coffee pods, cups and lids. Great company! Great service! Excellent people!     Moms been wanting a car so we went looking at dealerships. First one we went to started our day off really wrong. We called Subaru of dayton and they said they were open even though it was Christmas Eve. We pulled in and immediately saw the car she was interested in. Within minutes Cassie was there to help. She was amazing! She knew an answer to every question. She was extremely professional, very helpful explaining how things work and most of all she was attentive to mom. I can not stress how happy we were with her, the financing and all the service we received. 2 hours later she pulled out in a brand new car right on budget. I know she was happy but I want to personally say thank you to the entire dealership and specifically to Cassie. Thank you for turning a bad day into a good day.

    Excellent service! The dealer who handled my case, Cassie Spears, was able to decrease the price of a vehicle that I purchased by roughly $2000! Richard helped to find a warranty that had a high amount of coverage (the Base coverage from Assurance) for a significantly better price than most other warranties. After a technical issue with a computer (a new warranty could not be created/printed) ,Barry was willing to deliver it my house the following Monday! 10/10 service.

    Purchasing a vehicle through them went smoothly. Avoid their service department at all costs if you value that vehicle. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, and was very happy with the representative that I worked with. My car is great, and I am really thankful for it. However, dealing with them for maintenance and any questions regarding my loan, has been a nightmare. The service department is unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy. In order to maintain my engine warranty, I have to get my oil changed there. And consequently have gone there to do so. But dealing with them is literally not worth it; I will never go back. I have witnessed or experienced their business do the following: Repeatedly neglect to return voicemails. Drive another customers car up against a floor buffing machine; damaging the vehicle. Lose appointment information. Ignore customers as they arrive for their scheduled appointment. (I have personally waited 20 past my appointment time multiple times, just to drop my car off). Scratch my faux-leather steering wheel. Neglect to call when vehicle work is completed. Strip a door bolt so badly that it had to be replaced by another shop. Lie about completed work. Yell at and berate employees in front of customers. In short: Purchasing a vehicle through them went smoothly. Avoid their service department at all costs if you value that vehicle.

    I just want to thank Cassie Spears for her honesty, knowledge, wisdom and for being a kind and genuine salesperson. She made me feel like I was her number one priority. I did have a lot of questions, she was still very patient with me. She then led me to her finance department. Richard St Jean was also a very knowledgeable, honest and kind person, giving me the best deal for my money! He definitely made me feel like I was in good hands and I will be recommending these two to ALL my friends!!     I would give a 0 if I could. Terrible experience. Didn’t get any help, dropped my car off early and was waiting for 5 and a half hours. I was just standing there at the end of the day to check and they were just looking at me and walking away….no customer servicing at all. They said they did a lot to my car but it wasn’t worth 5 hours of work. Not worth the money either when you’re not getting any help or customer service and it takes them forever without updating you on anything. Lied twice about the nissian dealership being closed so they couldn’t fix the main part I needed fixed bc they said the nissian dealership was closed but wasn’t closed at all, I called and drinking beer on the job as well. Just the worst experience ever.

    I got a good deal on a used car, had a fine buying experience, although we were waiting extensively during the test drive and the appointment to buy the car, I didn't mind that much. I was happy with the car, until I had a ignition issue 3 days after I bought it. I took it in, and they tell me this is a problem with "a ticket out" on it, so they will fix it. If it was a known problem, why wasn't it fixed before they sold the car? I am not pleased, and it was a total waste of my afternoon to bring in my new car for service on the third day of having it.

    We came in ready to buy a brand new Outback but we’re really put off by the experience. We test drove a new Outback and sat down to discuss pricing. The sales person was pushy, mentioning several times that if we wanted a vehicle we needed to buy that day. There was no willingness to budge on the sticker price and we we’re told that the Outback’s are only selling at sticker price right now. We went to Wagner and received an immediate discount on pricing without asking, purchasing the same car for significantly less than at Subaru of Dayton.

    I have never shopped here but I wanted to put this out for anyone who is having car work done here. I have been in the surrounding parking lots and seen some disturbing things go on. I witnessed multiple techs come flying out of the bay with cars. I literally heard one's tires screeching, saw the car's tires leave the ground and then bottom out, almost flipped the car over he was driving so fast and turning so sharp (red toyota corolla). I have seen a tech SLAM doors on a newer looking Subaru. Also driving it very harsh, almost hitting other cars in parking lot, flooring it to back it into spot. I have seen them driving these cars in very unsafe and unprofessional manners. I would never come here or even consider after what I have witnessed. People entrust dealers and shops with their cars and to see this is how you treat them is sad and frightening.

    Brandon was great and very informative. I had an unexpected issue with my crosstrek and he doesn't extra time trying to fix it within the parameters of the day. He was able to improve the issue but not solve it. With that I wasn't charged for what couldn't be fully resolved. He educated me and gave me options based on his professional opinion. I will be going back to finish the service

    I love this dealership. I bought my Impreza here from Micah and it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. It’s served me well for a couple years now. I get all of my service done there too and every appointment is so easy. The service guys are so sweet and recognize me every time I come in.     Great experience. Great people. Fair price. I would strongly recommend. Due to the inventory issues most car dealers are experiencing I decided to order a car. My situation was such that I needed to take care of the order via email. I reached out to four dealerships to see if any could handle that and Robert Elswick, from Subaru of Dayton, was the only person who took the time to accommodate my request. That meant a lot to me. From start to finish Robert was a true professional and a really nice guy. We were able to work out a fair deal and everyone we met at the dealership was great.     I had been looking to trade in my 2010 Outback for something newer and lower miles for frequent traveling.     Great car buying experience! Always appreciated finding a dealership still selling cars without markups over MSRP, and the staff is fantastic on top of that.     We have now purchased two vehicles with Subaru of Dayton and couldn’t be more happy with our experience. There were some hiccups with our last purchase and our trade in. These hiccups, to be clear, were not Subaru of Dayton’s fault. The pay off for our trade in was sent in to the bank two days after our purchase but the bank never received the payment. I called Subaru right away and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I initially called them on a Saturday and was told they would call me back first thing Monday morning - which they did. They advised me at that time that my pay off had been lost and they would overnight the payment - the payment was overnighted like they said it would be. I called the bank later that week to check the status and they verified that they had received the check and that it would post within a few business days. When I spoke with the bank, they advised me that Subaru of Dayton had called them twice that week to make sure the pay off was received and to follow up on the status of the pay off. Subaru of Dayton followed through with everything they said they would. They have been honest and forthcoming. They have went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them.

    I hope that writing this review might save someone else from dealing with the same problems I went through. I had a wheel bearing go out that was still under waranty. I had originally had the bearing replaced at Wagner Subaru in Fairborn. The Fairborn location told me that I could take the car to any Subaru dealership and they would honor the warranty since it was still under the one year limit. I opted to go to Subaru of Dayton since I live closer to that dealership. Big mistake. The technician I spoke with knew everything about my warnanty info and all the specifics of my car because Wagner Subaru emailed them all the info prior to servicing the car. The dealership waiting until they did all their diagnostic work ($169) to let me know they wouldn’t honor the warrantee because I had put over 12k miles on it. According to the corporate Subaru office, the policy states that mileage is not a factor in the warantee. The technician also told me that both of the wheel bearings in the back needed replaced which would cost around $700 a piece. At that point I decided to just get my car back and take it to Wagner Subaru. After paying for the “diagnostic work” I took my car to the other Subaru location the next day. I explained everything and they seemed shocked about the way things were handled by Subaru of Dayton. After inspecting my car they let told me that only one of the wheel bearings needed replaced and the other one was totally fine. Subaru of Dayton had told me they both needed replaced which was completley dishonest. Also the cost to fix a wheel bearing was $500 at Wagner Subaru where it was $700 at Subaru of Dayton. So in conclusion, this dealership does not honor official Subaru warrantee policy, they lie about repairs needing done when they don’t, and they price gouge over $200 for the same service of other dealerships. If you live in the area please go to Wagner Subaru. They do exceptional work and are most importantly HONEST. Subaru of Dayton is the epitome of sketchy.

    I will update as we go through the process of getting work done. First the sale Micah was our salesman and we purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from him. He was a good salesman. We purchased all warranty options available which as of now I highly would suggest avoiding. Per all warranties there is a way to get out of getting work that should be covered, not covered. We all knew that though. Subaru of Dayton is no better or any different. Service 1: I scheduled to get a less than functioning A/C working to what any person would expect of a new/certified vehicle. At the point of bringing this up and attempting to schedule this service, we were at about 25 days of ownership. Things happen right, you’re going to find things a tech wouldn’t find because you drive the vehicle a whole lot more than the rest to certify the vehicle up to their “certified” standards. - Visit 1 In this service thus far we’ve had two visits thus far. The first I was promised a rental vehicle while the car was being worked on. I arrived and drove into service and had to wait a few hours for them to tell me they had no rental cars available for me. Bummer but I wasn’t quite upset entirely until the next visit. - Visit 2 roughly 2 weeks later my wife brought the car in. Prior to this visit they said they need to run diagnostics to see if we need a rental car to fix the issue. My wife gets the opportunity to hang out for a few hours. Sweet. Lucky her. When she arrives they tell her she needs to pay for the diagnosis test (~$170). They also told her if we caused the damage that we would be liable for the repair costs. Remember that warranty we bought? Bumper to bumper to cover everything? This doesn’t sound like a good start to visit two. Update: after my wife’s interaction they tried to charge her more ~$250 after they did the diagnostics test. Luckily she was extremely frustrated and was able to talk them down to their original estimate of $170. They found nothing from the diagnostic on the A/C so they topped of refrigerant in hopes that that was the problem. After driving it a home the same mistake continued. We also brought the car in that day to help fix a window that was intermittently failing to go up and they couldn’t prove that so nothing was done there. Now we’ll get the opportunity to go in for visit 3, most likely be asked to pay for something again, and fight ridiculously hard to leverage the bumper to bumper warranty we paid for to cover things that should be covered given ownership is still really new. <90 days at this point. <30 when we initially asked to be scheduled. - Visit 3: Probably just going to go somewhere else after the courtesy oil changes. It doesn’t seem worth the headache to schedule and not have the work done and get charged for diagnostics when I could go to a Jamie Tire and get this fixed.

    Pretty solid service, treated respectfully and didn't get the traditional "overblown" sales pitch. Love the Subaru culture. Great folk had me in and out of my car in a week, I went to test drive and didn't commit until the end of the week. During that week the sales folk weren't pushy - I got a couple of emails with some information on savings, etc., but no pushy calls.

    Another test drive fail. Was supposed to test a manual car there and it was gone too. Wasted gas go get there for them to tell me this. Again, didn't have this issue test driving at Jeff Schmitt.

    I have to give this dealer a one star rating for their sales department lack of organization. (I am not rating their service department). I called to see if I could test drive and Outback, they said yes let's schedule an appointment. I thought that sounded great, a reserved time for me to test drive. Except when I showed up the Sales representative was busy finishing up a deal and said he would be right back. 30 minutes later and I was still waiting for someone to help me. I sat in the showroom and observed at least two other sales staff at their desk, unoccupied. I walked outside looked around and decided that I could not waste anymore of my time. What is the purpose of an appointment if I still have to wait? Why are there other sales staff unoccupied and I still have to wait? This type of experience may only lead to loss in sales. Good luck.

    Subaru of Dayton is WONDERFUL, specifically their service center. I am in the Coast Guard and currently traveling from MD to MO enroute to my new duty station. Approximately 6 hours into my 15 hour drive my primary hood latch stopped working, I was terrified the hood was going to fly open. I googled the closest Subaru dealership and found it was Subaru of Dayton. I arrived and Brandon from service greeted me with a big smile and asked how my day was going. I told him not so well and explained my situation in a panic, he instantly calmed me down by saying he would get me fixed right up. He immediately came and looked at my car, upon inspection he went to grab Bryan who came out and fixed my the latch in under 10 minutes. They were both ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They shook my hand and thanked me for my service then sent me on my way without charging me a dime. I would 10/10 recommend them!!

    I just walked into the dealership and stood around and walked around for 20-25 minutes and no one bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help. I didn't have an appointment with a salesperson, but I've never needed one at another dealership before. Usually walk-ins seem plenty welcome. I wanted to buy a Subaru, but they didn't seem very interested in selling me one.

    Had a great experience. with Micha Whitas. I am a no non-sense kind of shopper as I am in sales myself. I asked point blank for the best deal. No haggle. I told Micha the model and and make I was looking for. I told him I would shop. He not only came through with the best deal but helped me make sure that what I intended to purchase was a great fit for my needs. No pressure, and straight forward. Also went the extra mile for my financing. Not only would I recommend this dealership, but I think you would be in great hands with Micha.     Bought a new 2019 Subaru Forester from this dealership. The aspect of buying a new car from the dealership through high pressure salesmanship was scaring me off from looking at dealerships. This dealership experience was unique and excellent in that regard. Micah Whitis, who was our salesman was just all around outstanding. His understanding of the product and his commitment to getting the best experience for the customer is second to none. Micah gave us our own time for us to reach our decision instead of pressuring us (which I have seen in other dealership). After getting our car, he stayed back at least an hour to go over all the specifics of the car. I was impressed not only by Subaru as a brand but also the whole car buying experience. I would recommend Subaru of Dayton to all my friends and make sure to ask for Micah. He was possibly the main reason for us to make this decision.
