USA Checks Cashed & Payday Advance Bartlett Ave, Adelanto

I’ve lived in the high desert since 2016 and have never gone to any other place to cash my check or pick up money grams. Marvin has always treated me with the upmost respect and honestly cares about how I’ve been since I last saw him. He’s always quick and has me other the door with everything I came for. 10/10 will always recommend this place to anyone who needs a check cashed, to use money gram, or any other service they offer.

Went to USA check cashing to cash my check and Marvin was friendly and very helpful, followed me through the whole process, great attitude, will definitely be coming back. Great customer service. I was in and out of there.

I used to love coming here once a week when there used to be a nice Hispanic lady working there but now there's a very rude and slow Hispanic guy named MARVIN working there and he's very rude. He makes up rules about whatever business your trying to handle there making it impossible to accomplish what you came there to do because he doesn't want to work. If your getting a money gram order he will say you can't get it if it's above $30 then if u actually have a money gram lower then $30 he will tell you the money grams down. If your trying to cash a check he makes it nearly impossible he has to get a hold of the human resources center at whatever company wrote the check and make sure you work there. So basically he assumes your a liar. Most company's don't have a 24/7 human resource center so WALLA another rule he made up so he doesn't have to cash your check. Oh and if your applying for a loan just forget it.... The person in front of me was applying for a loan and MARVIN spent 45 minutes "typing" on the computer to where the lady anticipating the loan just said FORGET IT and walked out. Also IDK if this is considered racist because I know everyone has their own definition of racism but another lady was paying a electricity bill I believe and she was going through her cards trying to find the one she wanted to pay with and he said "you can't pay your electricity with food stamps" and the lady said EXCUse me? I was very taken back as well...i almost thought it was a joke and he unbelievably replied saying "we don't except ebt. I saw you reaching for your EBT card" and she started crying. I called and told the supervisor and the supervisor said she would handle it but I don't know what that means because he's still working there.

I had a money order stolen and Marvin provided excellent customer service. My money order was returned because he went out of his way to help me! Thank God 🙏🙌😇

I have be coming here for 2 years and finally paid off my payday loan.. thank you USA and thanks to marvin hope I come back for other service u provide.... Was informed about title loans. Thanks USA.. .

Was very unprofessional rejected my check after the second time due to them unable to get in contact with my school which is shut down due to COVID told me to return the next day only for the same results I went right across the street to the gas station and cashed it with less of an issue please take cash checks of your billboard as you do not or just not for people you deem suspicious! I had no idea you could decide if my check was real or not from my appearance anyways received my money so it’s all good but they lost a customer on this one!

Listen up Adelanto,CA. If ur tired of horrible customer service, plz go to money stop on Bartlett Rd. The only man that works there, name is Marvin. I cash my pay checks there, pay bills, send money and pick up money, and he greets me with a great smile and pleasant attitude every time. Thank God for Marvin. This city needed him. Thank U USA

There is a new African American Female employee who is exceptionally rude. Not only was she short with me but she asked for very personal information very loudly in a crowded room, information that could be used to identify me and possibly steal my identity. She is also the very first person in all the many times I’ve gone to this location to not only insult my signature on a check but make me re-write it. Unprofessional, rude, slow. Will NOT be coming back.

She was very friendly and very awesome customer service very fast inquired to me about a title loan which was much needed asked a couple question very convent and felt very comfortable...... Marvin was awesome and very friendly very quick such great customer service !! Offered a title loan and offered a personal loan
