My boss at the time, had referred Andrew to me when I was ready to buy my first home. I was worried that I would not qualify for a loan because I had talked to my dad's lender and the outlook was not positive due to my student loan issues and low credit scores at the time. I am a home owner that did not work personally with this company but the buyers of our house have. They have turned what was supposed to be a 45 day escrow into over 70 days with no end in sight. Please Please please, if you are a seller be wary of your buyers tell you this is the finance company they are going through!! There is a lot of mishandling of paperwork and no consideration for what the seller is having to put up with just to try and get a home sold!!
