US PAWN & GUN STORE W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Greeneville

Nice Store, however they need a bigger store. You can't look so many people is in such a small place. Would have stayed longer to look if people weren't right up in my space.

The people are knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are very fair.

This is the best gun store and people there is Chris and his wife always go out of their way to help me I have bought several guns over the years and ammo great place to do business at I will continue to give them my business

Good place to buy your reloading supplies. Their prices on their guns are always fair too. They have better prices on their Glock 42's versus what Academy in Johnson City is asking for them. Remember people, buying from a big box stores isn't always cheaper. Keep your money local. Plus Chris, Christy, & Tammy are always friendly and courteous.

I went in there a few weeks back. Staff was real cool, the prices are awesome and the dog is cool AF. Highly recommend coming in here..

I had an appointment in Greeneville and found this store on the way back to 81. Great staff - friendly and helpful. They had the guns I've been looking for. I've been finding stores with a lot of empty shelves - not this store. Bought one gun and will be back next week for another.

Megan T. We were actually closed for the pandemic 7 months ago for an entire month, so I am not sure how you possibly witnessed what you put in your review. We actually have to fill out the paperwork for a firearm before we run it thru as a sale. If it had not been put down as the correct firearm it would have been caught before hand. As for a pawn we don't open the items once they come thru our doors until it has been redeemed out by the customer or put out for sale because the customer didn't return before the time was up. Not sure why you would try to hurt a business that has been here for 23 years this January, during these hard times, but hopefully people come in and see for themselves. Sara Carter, I apologize if we didn't wait on you fast enough, it has been excessively busy since the pandemic started and if there were only 2 people working that day we could have overlooked a customer. Again apologies. Wesley Lawrence, we haven't been buying many used firearms this year and we tell the customer this when they come in and ask. We don't look at the item after we tell you this, I'm sorry if you felt slighted because we didn't, but we did tell you we weren't buying, only pawning.

This used to be the only pawnshop in town that my husband and I used. After what we witnessed today we will NEVER give them our business again. I watched a man pay for a shot gun and the man behind the counter went to the back and got a rifle, when the man at the counter stated that was not what he paid for he was told they didn't have it. Another man got what looked like a toolbag and said it had missing items and he too was told they didn't have the rest of his things and made to leave. It was so unprofessional they just seemed to be taking advantage of people in a pandemic honestly it was disgusting. Seems this pandemic is bringing out the very worst in people.

I wouldn’t fool with this place! Staff wouldn't even come to the counter to look at what I wanted to sell. Went to a different pawn shop about a mile away, sold 3 handguns for a fair (pawn shop) price!
