Great customer service, thank you Alma for all of your help. I arrived for a leaf blower that was sold just hours before, and they worked with me to find a comparable item and gave me a great price! I'll definitely be back!

This place is the most helpful, understanding, easiest place I've ever dealt with when it comes to trying to sell something/anything or pawn something... whether it's for a week or a month. They take perfect care of whatever you pawn, getting back your things in the easiest, simplest, understanding way and they just have a way with customers... again, understanding, patient, caring, helpful, etc. The list goes on! If you're looking to pawn/sell/whatever it may be, seriously look no further! I have also been to Cash Pawn America... let's just say this... they have NOTHING on US Pawn!! And I just have to say thank you, again, to everyone who helped me here at US Pawn... you made me feel comfortable, my things were safe and honestly have/had AMAZING prices! Especially when you're getting something back!! Thank you so much US Pawn!!!! You were there for me in a VERY difficult time and you helped me out more than I can ever way thank you enough for! 🙏🏻

Went to us pawn at noon and found a really nice affordable necklace. The guy and gal treated me so kindly and enjoyed their conversation. Went back a couple hours later and purchased a madallion for my newly purchased necklace. Guy gave me an awesome Valentine's day deal, cleaned my jewelry, he even polished my wedding ring. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

Friendly and helpful staff who helped me load the heavy saw into my vehicle. They have a good selection of everything and fair deals on tools. Great spot to stop If you need equipment or tools around the house or for a job.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Got a couple of camera lens and they let me test them and even helped me out with ones price which helps with going home with the wife lol. Will definitely return when I want to upgrade camera!

Great experience. Found some movies that I was looking for and terry ( I believe was his name) was super nice and made sure I knew about the deals they had on Tuesday for movies. Very helpful great service.

US Pawn in Tacoma is right in. Alma has been amazing , I got a few things from here and man they have their stuff together. The whole staff is friendly and they always have specials. If you are around hit them up.

Came in to buy a banjo I heard about from a family member..Trav and Alma were great, negotiated a fair price and took it home..Overall a great buying experience which matters, because the purchase is part of how you see that item.. A +

Came in to sell a TV. They were honest an upfront about what I would get for it and there was no hassle. Travis got me all taken care of and I was out within 15 minutes.

Angelique and Alma are such good helpers everytime I come into the shop. Everything I've picked out from here works like new. I would recommend everyone here to pick up new-like stuff. You won't regret it!!!

My mom and aunt were at US Pawn where an employee named Travis assisted them. They have bragged about his service since they got home. You see they are not from the Tacoma area and were up there visiting when they ran a little short on cash and they went to USPAWN. I have to say that my mom and aunt are kind of hard to assist because they both have high expectations when it comes to customer service and Travis came through with flying colors! If you find yourself needing a loan my recommendation is USPAWN in Tacoma!!! Because if they put smiles on my mom and aunts face and caused them to reiterate their “adventure” into the pawn shop to family and friends who are hundreds of miles away then they are doing something completely right!! P.S. I’m on my way there now and trust that the service I will receive is top of the line!!!

Yea there a rip off i needed a loan bought ridged set for 280.00 three days prior new only thaing that was used once was skill saw they offerd 40 dollets i also had and have the recipt for tools costing over 300.00 after taxes . Terrible .

Had the opportunity to work with the staff at both locations. Alma specifically took her locations project by the reigns and made it easy for my crews to perform the work as intended. Nick was also a huge help making sure both locations had a clear plan of action. The stores are well maintained, clean, and have a professional staff. I was approached with a friendly hello and smile each time I entered a store. I'll definitely be back as a customer.

The employees there were amazingly friendly an worked with us to get exactly what my daughter wanted, this store was so clean an smelt good you could smell the right through the mask an all best customer service! Elma was so sweet ! Also the other fella in there was nice too! I never went back to cash america after coming here because of how nice and attentive these people are! They have great customer service skills & to me that’s what matters most when I go somewhere to spend my money! She helped me pick jewelry out and also the guy (forgot his name) cleaned my ring also I had gotten out that day! Super nice fully recommend going here instead of Cash America because the customer service ALONE is SO MUCH BETTER ❤️ Oh also it’s so clean and not cluttered here as well!

Have looked through the store a time or two and always have clean/quality items. Female on site (didn't catch her name) overheard what I was looking for and was able to direct me where to. Then Travis helped me find the right saw at the right price. Everybody I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Good folks over here.

Travis and Will where very professional and helpful and responded to my inquiry about the vacuum pump that was put online quickly. Would highly recommend going to this us pawn shop to my friends and family because of the experience I had encountered with these 2 guys on Sunday.

I come to this location every week to look at movies. I always get greeted by a lovely employee Alma. She always wears a mask but I can tell she is always smiling because she enjoys what she does and she always makes sure the customers are taken care of. She always checks the back to see if she has new items to put out for me to check out. And she always reminds me of any sales or deals they have going on. This is one of the main reasons why I am a regular customer. The male manager is also friendly and always greets me He also is awesome at cutting me goods deals. I love this place.
