Horrible experience! Extremely short staffed and the drive through is almost always closed! Update! I am currently at this branch and the drive through is actually open, accept its 10 cars deep! Bank of America please explain to me how you find this level of customer service acceptable!! I would go to another branch, but you have closed them all.I will soon be moving to another bank.

Great experience!! Sometimes back I accompanied my close friend, who needed my help with the translation since he isn’t really good in English, he was not sure about applying for a credit in BOA. That day we met this really nice friendly lady by the name Jessica Lyon and she guided as thru so well, her explanation was very clear and on point & she was very patient with him; this fully convinced my friend to go ahead and apply for one. Definitely will recommend my Kenyan community who are investing in homes especially Adult homes to her! Thank you Jessica!
Hi Ruth. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Jessica was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. Have a nice and safe day. ^susan

Extremely slow and understaffed. Expect a wait time of 20-30 minutes minimum. Whoever manages this location has no idea what they are doing. Edit: came back a second time and the wait was even worse. This is a pathetic location, management is clueless and doesn't care at all. There was a line out the door and into the parking lot, 2/5 teller windows were open and when I asked an employee who was leaving why they dont open more windows she said she was the manager and was going on her lunch break. This was at 10:30am LOL. I am closing my account and taking my business elsewhere, this outfit is a joke.

On the positive, the management is very helpful when assistance is needed. Staff is very friendly too. Drive-through banking seems to always be closed though which is frustrating, especially during a pandemic.

I will never give an account through Bank of America especially this branch because every time I've ever gone in there for anything the line wraps all the way out in the lobby and outside the door the bank manager cannot seem not seem to get the right amount of employees there on certain days for their busy times she's kind of a waste definitely not an asset to that company it's that company so bake of america you're out

Sadly, this is the only branch left open closest to my home. I don't have to go to the bank often, however when I do, staff here has almost always been unfriendly. I don't have time to stand in line for half an hour to an hour, so I mostly go through drive through. I request one roll of quarters for laundry but am told I have to go in for them. Other banks don't inconvenience you like this. Like others have noted, maybe it's time to find a new bank.

I am removing all of my money and closing my account. The drive thru was the only reason I came here. The tellers are slow and rude. 20 people in line, 2 tellers and 4 employees not helping anyone. Goodbye BOA

Last week and this week I went to this branch because it is the only one with a drive thru and I am disabled and because of COVID. The website says drive thru open. Both times it has been closed. It took me almost an hour to get through last week to customer service and apparently they did not care about my concern. Your response was useless. I went to the locator and it said the branch and drive thru were OPEN. There were 3 tellers and no line. There was no reason to have the drive thru closed except pure laziness. You try walking and standing in line with two bad knees and see how it feels. They randomly close the drive thru with no warning and the website is NOT updated.
Hi Nikki. We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. As such, some locations may be either temporarily closed or operating at adjusted hours. If you’d like to visit an alternative financial center, please click the following link for the most up-to-date info on our centers: http://go.bofa.com/Locator. One of only two B of A's left in Tacoma. The drive-thru is open less than 50% of the time, and going inside there's ALWAYS a huge line with a long wait. Today, in the middle of a Tuesday, they are closed with no reason given. Time to switch banks because doing business with Bank of America has become a huge hassle in this town.
