My experience with Guild Mortgage couldn't have been any better! My loan officer was Richard Clark and he took the time to talk to me when other company's wouldn't bother because i haven't been at my current job for 6 months. After the other company's wouldn't even try he was able to get me approved within a few days... Richard was always available day or night and always got everything done as fast as possible. After my offer was accepted on my home he was able to get it closed in just 20 days... I will always highly recommend Guild Mortgage to family and friends and when you call ask for Richard Clark!

We’ve been with Guild Mortgage for 4 years now, and they are quite literally the best. Kevin and his team are so on top of it. We recently refinanced our home due to interest rates dropping. It was the smoothest, least stressful process ever. Kevin, Ryan & Daniel kept us informed about everything happening. If we had questions, they quickly got back to us. They are so professional, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for! You will not be disappointed!

Bought my house using Guild and my team consisted of Rick and Brittany. Recently refinanced and still had the same members assist me. If you’re looking for people to take care of you and really provide you with answers to all your questions reach out to Kevin Day and Daniel Song. By far the best mortgage officers I’ve dealt with!! I did a lot of shopping around and was frustrated with how some of the other lenders were not accommodating. These guys are so personable and easy to talk to. Biggest difference between them and the other lenders? They don’t just tell you ‘no’ like the other lazy lenders, instead they do everything they can to find a way to make things work in your financial situation. And can I also mention that they respond to calls and emails quickly! They keep you in the loop throughout the ENTIRE process, which isn’t something you come by these days. I wished I didn’t waste so much time with all the other lenders, but am glad I was recommended to these guys when I was losing hope. Highly recommend Kevin and Daniel!
