Dan was great! Very patient with our lack of knowledge. Was always there to walk us through any part of the process that was on us to complete. And any time we need something from him he delivered immediately. He and the team he works with made the entire process quick and easy.

So I put in a request for info, received a call from an individual at UsMortgage Line, in trying to get the Bluetooth disconnected from my car so I could hear better, the call disconnected, before I could find the number to call I received a voicemail message that is verbatim below, so I guess this is maybe not the place to do business with. Below is from the voice transcription in my voicemail from the loan officer: “Hey Mike here's a little newsflash for you if you don't want people to call your about a mortgage that you were inquiring about don't put your phone number into a form on the line not the smartest idea in the world best of luck to you…“

I submitted a request through LendingTree to find out what my HELOC and/or home refinancing options are. Very quickly I received several calls from various lenders. At first I began to work with a lender that was terrible at communication, which made me walk away and not work with them any further. Then I was contacted by US Mortgage Line representative, Tyrone Brown. Tyrone was very patient and exceptionally quick with all his responses. He provided me with all possible options that were open to me and gave me the best rate, beating any other lender I spoke with prior. Once I made my decision as to which option to proceed with, the entire process was very quick. Tyrone was there to answer any questions that I might have had, even on his day off. 5 Stars isn’t enough for this group! Patrick Pacaud and US Mortgage Line made our refinance experience extremely quick and painless and their customer service was off the charts. From the moment I first talked to Patrick he told us it would take about 4 weeks to close when everyone else was saying at least 8 weeks. He held true to his end of the deal and we closed on time (actually would’ve closed early, but we were still waiting on old tax information). He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough throughout the process and answered all of our questions immediately and with great confidence. He bent over backwards to make this process smooth and somewhat enjoyable for our family. I would recommend Patrick and US Mortgage Line 10 out of 10 times.

I was so very pleased and happy with my experience re-financing my home with Tom Henderson @ US MortgageLine. When I first started to look in to refinancing my home loan, Sasha had contacted me. And what she initially offered me sounded too good to be true. So I was very hesitant on trusting her, since I didn't know her. After multiple applications and searching different avenues, it became overwhelming to me. There was something about her demeanor and her voice that gave me a since of trust. Although, I paid a lot in closing costs, in the long run it was the best offer and the easiest process that I could have asked for. She is not pushy and knows her job.

I started working with Harrison after receiving numerous inquiries from various lenders. For some reason I just decided to give his company a try.
