Natasha is extremely professional. Always responds to my questions and concerns in a timely manner, dedicating time (and lots of patience) replying and explaining with expertise. Natasha was our accountant for about 4 months. In the beginning things were good, communication was open and she answered every question we had. However when the month of April started she stopped taking our calls and didn't return our emails. We are a small nonprofit business and new so she pretty much did everything. Now that it's time to file taxes she's nowhere to be found. I spoke with her once the beginning of may. She said she was out of the country and will meet with us when she gets back. We scheduled a date and time and she never showed. If you're getting paid to do a job then there is no reason why the job isn't getting done. I pray no one else has the displeasure of working with her. She's unprofessional and not true to her word.
