If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would not recommend. US Auto Definitely takes advantage of their customers especially those with no/ bad credit. Luckily I was able to go to an actual dealer. Coerced to put a down payment on a vehicle that never arrived. Waited weeks for a transport after being told 7 days and I couldn’t go pick my vehicle up nor get a refund. Contacted the location my vehicle was at, and was informed that I could simply make my purchase at their dealership. 👎 Arrive to the dealership and the car wouldn’t start. 1 week later the vehicle was in the shop twice for 12/21 days I had it.

The customer service here was so amazing Nate was so great making sure everything was basically squared away before I got there and he even arranged transportation to get me there. Timothy was awesome we had a great convo while I waited the atmosphere was so great and laid back there and welcoming. Down to Ms. Deon who made the signing process so easy and was great to work with as well. You guys were great! I'm very happy with my purchase and glad I chose US Auto!

If anyone having problems getting a car so contact them they will work with you. They did a great job with me and they have great manners and they will come and get you if you have no way to get there how you can ask better people to deal with them. I love my car and the grandbabies love it too.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. I previously posted a bad review and Freddie who no longer works for this location reached out to me to help me. My car has been in the shop again since then. My car has been in the shop almost every month since I got this car. DO NOT BUY HERE. Not only is it hard to get in touch with anyone at the store but when calling corporate there is only one person named Q who answers the phone to get you to a supervisor. They say they will email the supervisor. And calling back to back still no call back or further resolutions. This car presents issue after issue and is horrible. They do not care about helping considering the first issue happened a few days to a week after getting the car then the check engine light stayed on. Even if this is the only place that will approve you it is not worth it. Find somewhere else.

Nick Leonor was our sales agent and he was the best. He made us feel right at home. He didn’t waist a minute. He answered every question and satisfied our needs. He made our purchase pleasant and satisfactory.

The van I purchased has had a few issues and with the dealership ceasing to answer the phone or return calls, navigating the DOWC process on my own has been a real headache...

This is the second time someone thinks it’s hysterical to take down my post for the second time. The customer service at the dealership was great and they are really nice BUT the cars aren’t. 10.11.2021 I got the car. 12.24.2021 the car broke down and the reason why is the engine needs to be replaced. I made an appointment to fix it in January and they said because there is a manufacturer’s warranty Hyundai has to replace it. The soonest they can look at it is 3.2.2022. I’m out of a vehicle and they aren’t helping at all!!!!!! The warranty they provide only offers 5 day reimbursement of up to $35 a day. I have to go to work to be able to pay $212 biweekly PLUS their expensive mandate of the full coverage insurance plus the $500 deductible rather than $1000. If needed I’ll just contact one of the attorneys my job provides, the BBB and the attorney general.

My experience with us auto sales was a great pleasure. Everyone welcomed me and assured me that I would be leaving with a car and that my payments wasn’t going to kill my pockets…. My direct contact person was Nick and he was very patient with me doing the process.we had some issues but he kept assuring me that he was going to take care of all my issues and he did just that…through all of my calls and frustration he still remained positive and was very straightforward and was always willing to assist, I strongly recommend buying through them ❤️

I’ve never had a car payment this expensive 494 per month new or used. Yes, they will be happy to take your money and put you in the car. my issue is the manager Nate who sold me my car He specifically told me that my car payment and warranty will be $247 a month Not bi weekly otherwise I would have went somewhere els. I have researched other place this just happen to be close to my home town. He told me the day I put my money on this car that after completing my deferred down payments I will be paying 247$ per month starting 6/11/22 after completing my payments of 500$ I paid my first car payment with them over the phone, the rep said your next is in two weeks. When I questioned her she said did you look at the contract I went back over my papers and they definitely did some work on me he said one thing and the paper’s say something else. Be careful going here.

I have a car from them I purchased last year in September 2021. It was problems with it when i first got it and even until now. My control arm broke on the car while I was driving on the highway on Saturday. I could've been killed. I called the warranty dept and they had it towed to the repair shop. Then they said they don't even want to pay for the repair. I haven't had the car for a year and I been having problems with the car since I got it. When you call the number to the car lot that is given, you will be speaking to their customer service people in Georgia or different places. I have called and spoke with 8 different customer service people and no solution at all. I don't recommend the dealership at all.. when I spoke to a lady suppose to be in Corporate cut me off( bc she lied about what she said to me) she told me she was going to end my call and hang up on me! This is ridiculous! How do you sell cars to others that are not good but don't even want to help them? Now I'm stuck with a car that is not drivable and is expensive to repair. US Auto Sales in Greensboro Nc, you should be ashamed!!

Ashton, was amazing. I dealt with a few other gentleman that were ver professional, knowledgable and helpful. I didn’t have the best credit but that didn’t matter at all to them. I traded in a truck that was most likely meant for a scrap yard and got offered an excellent price for it. I highly recommend us auto for people, in fact I’ve also referred a couple friends. They will not let you down!

Bought a car over month ago...they said they would call when my tag is in. Call today and they said it's not in and they can't give me another 30 day tag. So stuck with car I can't drive!! Now when I call nobody will pick up the phone. Real professional! Buyer beware! Next day Now they say they sold me a car with a bad title. Do not buy from here!

I would recommend US Auto ONLY if you’re desperately in need of a car, I was. You’re paying just about double the value. Buyers remorse:The car I purchased was squeaking/squealing (brakes and body) and there was a chip in the windshield, which US Auto said they’d take care of. When I went to the places they sent me, I was told us auto said they knew nothing about it…. Now I’m stuck with this car and haven’t been happy with it since the purchase.
