I was told over the phone that I was approved and only 600.00 down. I told Sherry over the phone that I could only afford 300 a month. She said that would work. When I went to pick out a car she told me 600 down today and then I would have to pay 500 in 2 weeks and another 500 2 weeks later. My payments would be 197.00 every two weeks. She did not tell me any of this over the phone. They pray on people with bad credit. I guess it’s true what they say about a car salesman. Crooks!!!

Sherry was absolutely awesome. She got us in and taken care of with minimal effort. The hardest part was deciding on what vehicle. Definitely 5 star customer service.

I visited the Greenville location today. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I test drove a jeep . Went back inside the dealership to get financing. While I'm doing paperwork they allow another customer to test drive the jeep that I was in progress trying to purchase. I totally felt discriminated against by the dealership manager. When you are selling cars you can't be racist or bias toward anyone because money talks and bs walks. Super disappointed!

I have tried several places and kept getting told no over and over because of credit history, which I understand and agree with but still makes the car searching process very frustrating. So my fiancé did an application for US Auto Sales and Mrs. Sherry reached out to me within the same day!! I told her right from the beginning about my credit history and what everyone else was saying to me. She instantly started pulling my information and told me to get in there and would be a quick process because of my stable work history and great income. I was still very on the edge because I then started reading reviews and almost backed out because of that. I then decided to start the process over the phone and she told me I needed to come get the car and drive away the same day!! She met us right when we walked in the sales room and was very polite and sweet!! She worked with us on the down payment and got us the monthly price range we wanted for the vehicle. I would definitely recommend seeing Sherry if you are seriously wanting to get in another vehicle anytime soon!! She actually cares and listens to your ideas and opinions!! We are very thankful 🙂.

I had such a great experience with this dealership. My salesperson was Sherry and she was absolutely amazing! I was able to get my application done over the phone as well as email her all the required documentation. She really made the entire process so easy and I ended up with a 2017 Ford Escape with payments that were affordable and fit my budget. I highly recommend US AUTOSALES! The customer services exceeded my expectations!! I will come to them again in the future when I'm looking to purchase another vehicle.

We had the best experience there. The people that work there are the most polite and courteous people I have met in a long time. They were so helpful in trying to get us in a car. We live in the country and it was hard to find a ride.

Sherry is very unprofessional. She tells people she can 💯 get us in a car. We waste $45 on an Uber to get there to tell us we r denied even though we met all of the requirements. Don't tell people you will for sure get them 100% in a car of we can get there. After we got denied she was rude to us telling us we had a weird situation going on. Because my husband went to a temp agency to full time and that he didn't get check stubs it was a paycard. She even said she would pay for the Uber when we got there and she never did. It's all on text message. Unprofessional. The man that works there took care of her mess and I appreciate the Uber ride back home 40 mins away. Unlike sherry . UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST

I give them a 2 due to the nature of me dealing with them. During my phone interview with them i was told one thing when i went and got my car it was something different. I just want people to be up front and truthful with me. I should not be paying almost $600 a month for a 2016 car and still owe $19000 something is very wrong with that.

Don’t not buy a car from this place it’s a total rip off especially the salesman at the Greenville location. I brought a car not even 3 days ago and they car is tore up already talking about you can’t get a refund. DONT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! Now I got pay out more money to a attorney just to get my money back.

Only had the car one day but so far seems to be a good car. Oh and I forgot a few things in my old car and sherry got them for me so I could come back and get them. Thank you Sherry! First I would like to say that we had a wonderful and very friendly time at U.S. Auto Sales on Lauren Rd. The staff there was very professional and kind. Our sales person Sherry she was a doll. She made us feel very welcome and she made us feel like family. The manager Rob really helped us out. He gave us adeal that we could not refuse. This is a great place to go. We don't have great credit therefore other car lots wouldn't or couldn't help us. The ones that could the down payment was high and or they wanted to put us in a car that was 10+ years old. I finally got on web and found US Auto sales at first we both thought they couldn't help us due to we live in Tennessee and the Knoxville office isn't done. Sherry called me back and said they can now assist Tennessee residents that they were certified. So I asked her if I made the 2 and half long drive was she sure they could put me in something with the down payment I had she said sure if everything was way I had it on application and she would get us in something. We went and drove a car home that day. We were there first Tennessee couple which was kinda neat. So if u are looking for a car and have a situation like our id advise u to go ask for Sherry she is a lifesaver and helped us so much im so thankful for her. Yes you are gonna pay a down payment and depending on credit is how high your payment will be but if your serious and want a car and are gonna follow the obligation this is place for you.
