Randy is absolutely the most knowledgeable, friendly and honest expert I’ve ever worked with. Hands down! I rarely give compliments so writing this review is giving well deserved praise to him. I talked to Randy for the first time in February when I was looking at mortgage rates and after thorough analysis he advised that it was best to take the builder’s incentive I was given and hated that the overall benefit would be to go with my builder’s lender vs him whereas most lenders wouldn’t go above and beyond to ensure the customer is actually getting the best overall deal. Of course, I didn’t lock in the rate at that time because it was over 6 months out to completion so recently with the rate surges I contacted Randy again and he was so eager to help and educate me to ensure I fully understood the full picture. He is absolutely PHENOMENAL and I would definitely recommend him to everyone! I definitely felt like I learned a lot from him and had a better understanding of all the mortgage rates terminology.

I was referred to Randy when I thought my first lender had costs that were too high and I wanted a second opinion. He took the time to gather my info over the phone (and didn’t seem like he was in a hurry whatsoever), explain why everything was the way it was, in a clear and detailed way, and was so honest that he told me my first lender’s rate and terms were actually pretty good. Randy was clear up front that he wasn’t going to try to get my business if it wasn’t the best option for me. It’s quite refreshing to deal with people like that, and we could use more business owners like him.

Randy and his team are very knowledgeable and I never felt like they were giving me something I don’t need. I have completed 2 transactions (new mortgage and refinance) with him and both have been exceptional. I have also not completed a transaction with him because it didn’t make sense, based on information and knowledge he shared, and that is why I will always use movement mortgage and Randy. He isn’t there to just sell you something, he coaches, advises and is someone you can trust with your largest purchase.
