Not only are their systems out of date but their customer service is horrible as well. I spoke with a woman named Beverly who flat-out LIED and then tried to backtrack when I started to call her out about her blatant lies. I have never dealt with a financial institution with such horrible customer service. Do better.

The people that work there are pleasant. My main issue with URW is that they don't have a customer service dept!!!! You can hardly ever get anyone on the phone and when you, you're transferred and then left on hold. The tellers really should not be expected to answer the phones. URW, get a customer service department! Get a 800 number that customers can call anytime to get their balance, or ask questions. I am not suggesting that you get people to be there 24/7 to answer calls but you do need a separate dept for this. All of your customers do not have the luxury to just drive to a branch for a simple question, or for an address change, because apparently sending a request in writing 3 times isn't sufficient enough for you! As soon as our loan is paid off, we are done!

I love the bank itself. However, they changed the online banking system and I have not been able to get into it since they've changed it. I have a loan payment due, but I have not been able to get into my account to pay the loan. When I call the bank no one answers; I have left messages no one has returned my calls.The previous online system was great; this new system is horrible. The directions to access your account are not clear or really provided but the bank. The bank did not even send an email out with instructions or warning of the switch. They could at least answer the phone and return calls if they're going to switch to such a difficult system.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with in regards to a bank. If you think your going to get someone by phone you have a better chance getting an answer from someone grandfather in the cemetery. I'd rate it in the negatives if I could

If you can get someone to answer the phone here you might as well play the lottery that same day, because the odds are that slim. I can't even get a call back from you guys. The one time I did, it came a week later. I live an hour away and it is IMPOSSIBLE to manage my account unless I drive to one of your locations. Also, the web portal is extremely out of date and isn't compatible with other platforms. Looking forward to closing my account soon, nothing has changed in years.

The worst! They never answer the phone. You leave them a message and they never call you back. Customer service is key!

It took this bank four months to send us a debit card that I had requested 12 times. They have now lost a $5066 deposit from our payroll. Then yesterday I discovered that my life insurance has been canceled because they tried to do their auto withdrawal and the bank denied it. This bank is an absolute train wreck. If you go to their Facebook page you will see so many customers saying the exact same thing. They updated their system and when they did they messed everyone’s accounts up. Steer clear of this financial institution because it is anything but safe.

Today I got a call from Sherry at URW and I tell you she was amazing. I appreciate her calling me apologizing for the inconvenience on Saturday, which wasnt really her fault. Great customer service. She made my day today. Kiddos to Sherry

I enjoy going here to do my banking as well as other things. They are very helpful in meeting your needs. Very polite and friendly. They make you feel at home. So it's a very great experience to come in and they know you by name. I'm always presented with a smile. Thank you URW!
