They are FANTASTIC!!!! I used Unlimited Title for closing on my new home and had no idea how important the title co is. They walked me thru each document and found a significant error by the mortgage company in the tax assessment. They stopped everything, called them, had them fixed the error and we proceeded with the closing. This catch on their part saved me $400/month in payment!!!! If the error was caught later we would have had to pay until the year closed then adjust. I am forever grateful but besides their professionalism and expertise, they were a joy to work with.
