This is a sloppy title company. I will not do business with them again and I recommend the same. I purchased a condo using their service and there were so many mistakes you might think they just started the business. I just found out the deed they were supposed to file, which by the way, they got wrong twice, was not accepted and now my homestead is in jeopardy. They put the wrong name on the deed, then they put the wrong address, and then they hand wrote over the deed and tried to file it that way. No one ever told me that the filing was rejected. Stay away from this company unless you want to deal with mistakes after mistakes.
