UniWyo Credit Union Yellowstone Rd, Cheyenne

UniWyo Credit Union in Cheyenne is an excellent financial institution. I highly recommend them for your financial needs. Their customer service is top notch all around, but I'd like to specifically give my recognition to one of their loan officers, Amanda Nuse. Amanda is professional and polite, and she does a great job working in lending for UniWyo. She is an incredible asset to this branch because of the prompt and expert assistance she provides to UniWyo customers. Working with Amanda I was able to quickly secure financing for a car which I really wanted, but that was located across the country. Several people were interested in the car and it might have been sold to someone else if I had not been able to quickly apply for my loan and have it funded rapidly. Amanda took care of everything for me, and I was able to buy the car before anyone else did because of her assistance. I highly recommend contacting her if you need a loan, and if timely and friendly service is of importance to you. Thanks again for your help Amanda, I will do business with you and with UniWyo again in the future because of the great experience I had working with you.

The branch in Laramie is not good, I rather drive to Cheyenne branch just to get service. Laramie Wyoming is one of the most racist places I have ever lived and the staff at the Laramie branch acts as so from the looks to the service. I only had 3 tellers that were super nice and we're not rude. I love the Cheyenne branch.

I can honestly say I'm very pleased with everything from service in person to services over the phone. Uniwyo has been by far the best bank I have ever dealt with. They have excellent staff that are attentive and they represent the bank very well in both locations. Highly recommended

The best financial institution, the best customer service. Is always nice to walk in and feel always welcome, everybody is very friendly and ready to help you. They go above and beyond to help you. I really recommend them, they have the lowest loan interest and the highest interest for checking accounts.

UniWyo is amazing! From Loan officers, to the tellers, to the online support. Always willing to help and find a solution to meet your goals. If they cant get you there in that moment there honest and to the point on what you need to do to get there. Great to have you a part of the community. Also VERY good with small kids and amazing savings program for them as well! A+++ Service! Highly Recommend!

Absolutely one of the best financial institutions I've ever done business with. Incredibly efficient and friendly staff. I was particularly impressed with staff members Marin, Amanda, and Robert as they handled a downright nasty customer who even had the audacity to post a near-slanderous review of the branch. Even when dealing with completely unreasonable people they continue to demonstrate outstanding customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I was so excited to finally have a UniWyo branch locally in Cheyenne. This branch is terrible! The customer service is slow and not well educated. I have had nothing but problems. A simple deposit turns into a 20 or 30 minute infuriating visit. They do not problem solve and blame customers. I will go make all my deposits at the Education FCU on Carlson. This place is a joke!
