Univest Bank and Trust Co. Forty Foot Rd, Lansdale

Be warned their mobile banking is horrible to use. I get rejected more times then it accepts my checks. Their work around is to use a blank paper to write “for mobile deposit only” and it still rejects it half the time then after many failed attempts will magically approve it. Horrible experience and I’ve voiced this more than once. I have 0 issues with other banks that I work with doing mobile deposit but Univest I literally cringe every time I have to do it. It’s often faster to drive to the bank. Univest you really need to do better.

Annoying service, too many bank policies. What is happening to this bank? I have been a Univest (Union National) customer for over 30 years and all of a sudden they cannot deposit a simple tax return check for me. The bank manager would not even come out of his office to explain why. I need a full service bank so my wife and I switched to TD Bank, much more professional and personal.

The staff at the Hatfield location helped me out while I was in a tough spot with my other bank that is supposed to be catered to veterans... The staff are polite, courteous, and great problem solvers.

They are great never had a problem.

Opened a savings and checking account all without leaving my car due to all this Covid-19 stuff going on. Was surprisingly quick and I didn't have an appointment at all even received my debit card on the spot. Great bank so far Customer Service is great as well beings I locked myself out trying to enroll in online banking.

The Best bank. The staff is beyond helpful with anything you need & they're happy to make sure you're taken care of. Not only this location, but all locations. I'll put the same thing at other locations I've been (unless otherwise💪)
