OneMain Financial Cowpath Rd, Hatfield

Hatfield staff was rude and not forth coming. I over paid this company and supplied them with the proper paperwork for the refund. They held me up for 2 weeks and they didn't have the common curtesy to tell me that they were mailing a check after 2 weeks of holding me up. I will never recommend them to anyone and can't wait to find a way to not have to deal with them ever again. Enter this at you own risk!!!

I worked with Robert Dibrino of the Snyder Square office and had an excellent experience. I have been rebuilding my credit history and traditional banks were not willing to assist me. I was in need of loan to assist with an urgent legal matter. Robert and his office were kind, professional and easy going. I got my loan within 24 hours. Robert did offer to sell me extra products but I simply refused them. There was absolutely no pressure sales! Robert provided me with sold advice on ways to continue to rebuild my credit and start to get lower interest rates on products I need in the future. I highly recommend OneMain.

Just went here for a second time. First time the agent I had was pleasant and showed me EVERYTHING. Not only my payments per month but how much my total payment would be and how much in interest I'm paying went here a second time, from the first phone call I felt scam. The agent rich didn't go over anything. In short I'm paying double in interest rge loan I took out and didn't get told till I looked at the email. Be careful of anyone there saying my friend or pumping you up with sweet words

I have had a relationship with Onemain for several years. In every situation where I needed a lending solution, the staff at the Hatfield office delivered with timely results, education and compassion. "Leaders set the tone." I had the opportunity to to periodically work with the manager at the branch, Sean Brooks. Even when there were situations when I could not obtain a higher lending amount, Mr. Brooks was still able to find a solution. My experience working with the manager, Sean Brooks, was refreshing. He sets the tone for that office and when I had contact with the other staff members, there was consistency; the representatives were professional and polite. If you are looking for a lending solution that provides expediency and professionalism, I would highly recommend Onemain Financial. If you are in Montgomery County, PA, then consider the Hatfield office. The team there is great to work with!

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I was lied to and deceived at my loan closing. When I called about it I was given more lies and a horrible attitude about what they'd done. DON'T trust them!!! Read every bit of fine print and if you're smart you'll bring a lawyer. I'm reporting them to the Federal Banking Commission for fraudulent practices in lending. Consumer BEWARE!!!

Do business elsewhere, doesn't matter if you can borrow money while building your credit, the representatives are not professional and use your bad credit and hardships against you. They do not make you feel like a valued customer. I will never work with this branch or company again. Do not recommend

I'd like to share my experience with OneMain Financial witch was Springleaf Financial when I first signed up for membership. A friend of mine steered me to them saying they are fast and convenient.. They really where. I called at 11:00 am and applied on the phone. I Was done in 20 minutes and my loan associate told me to come to the office at lunch 12:00pm and sign some papers. There office was only 5 minutes away from my job witch was awesome. I was told that I would get a call back by 3:30 pm with an answer. So at 1:30 pm I received a call to pick up my check on the way home. That was fantastic. I stopped back in there and grabbed my check and went to the bank to deposit it.What a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone. :-)

Kate was very nice over the phone but once I met her it was a different story. She kept trying to sell me insurance which I didn’t want so I told her no multiple times. She started to personally attack me, saying my credit was poor (650) , my net income was bad (it’s not), and that she got screamed at by her manager, so I told her once again, no. It is unlawful to force insurance on anyone. I went to my bank for thousands more, with a lower interest rate. Don’t waste your time with this place, unless you like to be belittled and personally attacked.

This place is not professional. They send you an approved email and ask you call to make an appointment to take a loan. Once when they check with every documents that you have applied to get an approval, then they deny the approval instantly. They should said that you are preapproved, not approved. It was under a false advertisement that makes you think you are officially approved.
