I wasn’t sure about going to Unitus Community Credit Union, but so glad I did. I was very impressed with Omar C my loan processor -they did my auto loan and besides them making this process super easy they provided friendly excellent service!! I would give more ⭐️ If I could!

Everytime I need to go in, they are prompt and so helpful! I was having problems with my online account and they were quick to help but took their time to show me and make sure I understood what i needed to do moving forward!

My loan processor Omar C was incredible!! He really went over and beyond to help me get this loan that I needed. I'm so grateful for everything he did. Also Gavin at the Multnomah Village location was great. He has great customer service and really nice. Thank you both!!

I had really high hopes that we were going to walk in and open accounts in our neighborhood bank with friendly faces and kind employees. Alas, first impressions were far from positive. We arrived and were immediately told we didn't have all the documents we needed (no apologies that their website was wrong) and when we came back a little while later with all the documents, we were told that they stop customer service related to new accounts at 5:30 (it was 5:35pm). I left feeling embarrassed and annoyed. We are credit union members for the last 30 years and I definitely expected a much more personable experience. I think we will stick with First Tech CU even though the branches aren't in our neighborhood. I get the feeling Unitus doesn't want our business.

I have been a happy member for many years. Working with Matthew Bauman and the Multnomah Branch has been a wonderful experience. They have gone the mile for me and my business every time. Thank you Matthew!!

I had the best experience working with Unitus in order to get an Auto loan! I had been wary of financing a car because I wasn't sure what rates I could get, and in general is seemed like an overwhelming ordeal, but Omar at Unitus made it simple. Omar was so kind, gave me all the information I needed, and also set me up with the best APR I could've imagined. I didn't know about Unitus before, and I will definitely be using them to handle my finances in the future.

Today is a nice conversation. Even though the translator was not friendly. But this didn’t affect Jeff Scott professionalism and friendliness.He is a patient man. I appreciate it. Thank you for your helping. If my friend need some loan. I will recommend them this credit union and Jeff Scott.

I have been a member of Unitus Community Credit for years, way back when it was Oregon Telco. The Multnomah Branch is so handy for me, closer to home. All the staff are wonderful but I want to specifically compliment Jeff. Jeff use to work in the Beaverton Branch where I banked before Multnomah opened. He is always wearing a smile on his face, and has even greeted me by name (which never happens anywhere I do business). He is was extremely compassionate and new how to handle a delicate time with me when I was needed help making changes on my accounts. Jeff is knowledgeable about all the banking needs. I see him assist new employees when they need help in a respectful and kind manner. Unitus is lucky to have an employee like Jeff. I am only rating 4 stars because it is a small branch and does not have safe deposit boxes so I still have to go out to the Beaverton Branch for this service.

The personnel are always ready to assist their customers fulfill there needs promptly and accurately with a smile while appreciating each customer.
