We have been customers of Unitus for 13 years now and it has been the best decision we made. Aunjula has been great at answering questions regarding loans and regarding our accounts. Ericka and Jackie are always patient and have amazing customer service. I really like how Charles is quick to step in and assist when a manager is needed to prevent me from having to wait too long. Ti, the branch manager has taken the time to call me herself to update me on specific changes I had requested on my accounts. The team work I see every time I am there is amazing! The call center still impresses me with how quick they answer the calls. This is why I continue to choose Unitus and always recommend them to my friends and family.

Everyone at Unitus has been so welcoming and helpful! I came from another credit union that was quite the opposite. So coming in here was literally a breath of fresh air. Everyone I've worked with so far has been more than willing to work with me and answer all my questions. Omar was my recent advisor and he was an absolute gem. Had so much patience working with me and made the experience fun and light.

I opened my account after moving from Florida three years ago. This is "my" branch and I've received excellent service each and every time I've had any contact with managers and/or every person who has assisted me! Highly recommend!

I ran into some hard times and never had to ask for a loan. I went into my bank and worked with Aunjula Perveen. I only wanted a small loan to get me through the week till I got my workmen’s comp checks. She helped me get the small loan and helped me refinance my car so my monthly payments would be cheaper. On top of all that she gave me a gift card so I could get food for me and my pets. I have been with this bank since I was 18 and I wouldn’t bank with anyone but them. And this is just one of many reasons why I bank with them.

I was compromised on all levels from a personal situation in my life that had me sleeping in my car for 2 nights with 28 cents in my pocket. Member Advocate, Rina Shankar, immediately empathized with my situation. She quickly identified an action item game plan that secured my credit, accounts, and forwarded collateral cash from a Stock hard check that I had in my possession. I walked in broken and walked out with tears of compassion in my eyes. Rina and Tanasbourne Unitus is a Most Valued Member of my professional team as I walk forward in life. Thanks, Rina! I was able to eat that night and shower. I hope in the future we might be able to collaborate for a non-profit charity whose main focus is Kindness One Cup 🥤at a time!

I've always had a great experience with Unitus, I've been a customer for about ~10 years and have received consistently helpful customer service and respect. I have had car loans, checking/savings accounts, and my home mortgage through Unitus. The home mortgage is the one negative I can report. It was not made clear to me that Quicken does their underwriting, meaning my payments and communication is through them. I purposefully applied for the loan through Unitus because I wanted to do business with them. Overall though, I highly recommend Unitus for your banking needs. One of my favorite benefits of using a credit union is the 40,000+ shared ATM machines available at no cost (including every 7-eleven). That, combined with the free coin counting machine, dedicated lines for customers, and courteous service, I imagine I'll continue to be a dedicated customer for years.

Until now I always felt that applying for a C.Card or Loan from a Bank ment having to negotiate with an emotinless banker. Thats not the case at Unitus. I was treated with complete respect and empathy. When others look for reasons to say no, Rina looked for reasons to say yes. Rina Shankar was truly my Advocate and Unitus Community Credit Union is my bank.

Aryn was very helpful with all the questions that I had. Needed to get a replacement card and She was able to get it printed right there in the office. I also had some other questions and she was able to confidently answer all those questions and get me in and out in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend Unitus to anyone who is looking for personalized and local banking.

Every time I come into the Hillsboro branch I feel so welcomed and am greeted with friendly customer service Aunjula P was so great and helpful setting up my daughters first checking account. Love it here and the staff.

Fees, fees, fees. Customer service is not the biggest concern, though it is not very good. Every interaction and policy with this company is everything a "community" credit union is not. You would be better off banking with Chase or BoA. I would sincerely recommend another bank. This is not a community bank.

I am in the middle of divorce, and needed a brand new checking and savings account as soon as possible. Monday morning, I called as they opened and made an appointment for the same day! They squeezed me in with no issues for 1:30pm. Arrived and we got right down to business. Rina Shankar was my Member Advocate, she answered all my questions, and made this process very easy. She was paitent with me and my toddler (who was tired the entire appointment). Within 1 hour she got me taken care of and I will be waiting for my debit card in the mail for about a week. I had a great experience, and know I chose the right credit union for me. Their packages and benefits were excellent and their customer service is even better. Thank you Rina! After switching to Unitus from a bank about seven years ago, I will never switch back. The customer service at any Unitus branch I've ever been to has been amazing.

I've been a member for over 10 years and overall my experiences with the staff here has been great. My experience with one of the branch managers "Ty" was beyond exceptional. Her positive energy is simply refreshing. I'm not a frequent visitor to this specific branch but Ty treated me like family as if I've been going there for years. I was researching HELOC rates/terms with different banks and someone at a different bank recommended that I speak with Aunjuhla at Unitus because she is so knowledgeable. I am so happy for his recommendation! (His bank wasn't offering HELOC's so he didn't lose business). Aunjuhla explained everything and made the process so simple. She worked, on my behalf, with Kevin Quinn to get my funded HELOC moved to my checking account and converted to a fixed rate. Kudos, also, to the Loan Dept Mgr who answered every single question I threw at her with aplomb and helped me strategize how best to approach funding (fixed loan versus variable rate) for my purposes. Everything was seamless and timely. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Unitus is not my primary bank but the Customer Service is so good, I'm seriously considering moving all my accounts here.

Awesome bank, very knowledgeable and always willing to assist on any given day! Today Nargelyn helped me conduct banking business. She was very sweet and exceptionally very professional. I’ve been using Unitus since my move to OR and am so thankful for the sister branches. I've been going to Unitus for a few years now and they've always been very helpful and friendly. Me and my partner recently opened up a line of credit and Casey was extremely helpful, thorough, and efficient with assisting us in this. He went above and beyond helping us, emailing us back right away and giving us step-by-step instructions on what to do next- and was super easy to talk to!
