Uniti Acceptance Inc. Sherman Way, Winnetka

We purchased a car and have had nothing but issues since. They won’t return calls, they don’t answer at the office, they’re trying to tell us we owe the previous owners parking tickets after telling us they were sending us the title. They have yet to release the title even though the car itself is paid off! We will be getting the police involved, and will also be starting a lawsuit against this company. I have already filed complaints with BBB and the AG. Companies like this should NOT be in business, taking advantage of people during a pandemic is absolutely absurd and frankly quite disgusting!

Worst mistake I've ever made entering into a contract with these people. Always rude I've been hung up on multiple times. Can't even make a payment now without getting charged $7 every month. I'm in the process of finally paying off the car they sold me . The car has not worked since the moment the 30 day warranty ended 2 years ago. I have not even been able to drive the car for 6 months. 2 years and $7000 later i have 1 payment left to make and requested proof that after I send the payment in I will receive a title and they have not sent me anything. I don't even know if I'll have proof of ownership after all of this. . I am contacting the BBB on them. Do not sign a contract with this company. Take it from me bad credit no credit You are better off without a car saving money then a broken one that you still owe money on.

This place is unbelievable they are money hungry. I'm sure they repo cars only to turn around and do the same to who they sell the car to. I was told my registration would be paid for until 2021 from credit Mundo where I bought my truck from. I hadn't even had my car a month was pulled over police impounded my truck next morning at 8 am I called tow yard and was told Unity repod my truck had to pay over $1000 to get it out . I would never buy another car from them ever again. They imponded my truck again only to be told I didn't give the correct credit card come to find out the was a + sign in front of the first number of my credit card next day they picked up my truck lied said it was towed failed to realize people saw them drive my truck out even after telling them my transmission was stuck in first gear

They are rude, they lie all the time. They are not willing to cooperate. The worst of all is that they are selling 1500 $ car for 6000 dollars. Do not buy a car there. Car will stop work after 2-3 months. It's just a bunch of ignorants and really bad people.

They find every little reason to surcharge. I felt I was even being charged just for listening. Both vehicles back to back with issues. A charge for a payout. A charge here and there. Dont waste ur time here.

I'm on my second loan with this company and couldn't be happier. They are not Santander or Wells Fargo Auto Finance but they get the job done. Had bad credit that's getting better now because they report both of my auto loans on Experian and Transunion. I make my payments online and if I'm in the area I drop by their office. The people leaving negative reviews for sure got their cars repossessed because I've never had any issues with them.

S. Rubi Pacheco, that sounds like a "you" problem and tbh, kinda sketchy on your behalf. Why wouldnt you keep your reciepts??? You should always keep your reciepts until the car is paid off AND the title is transfered to you. Heck, you should probably keep them for a good year after you payoff the loan to be safe.

The dealer that sold me my car was not able to get me approved anywhere except for this company. I was happy to get approved but was expecting terrible service or no service to all. The staff there is pretty friendly and on point. They make a couple of mistakes here and there but overall great experience. They have a bunch of different payment options which I did not expect. You pay cash, credit card, ach payments, and even online payments from their website. I ended up paying off my car already and it actually did help my credit. I was even approved for a brand new car because of my payment history with Uniti.

Unprofessional, terrible customer service. I do not recommend this finance co. to no one. My account was sold / transferred to another finance co. with out my consent or notification. last time I buy from (Alpha Armeno) or Finance from them.

Predatory lending practices. Unprofessional, completely inept they know nothing about laws or how to run a business. They will be writing a nice fat check after this lawsuit is over.
