    We went in for a car purchase and Adam helped us out. This was the best car buying experience yet! Adam was great, not pushy and was so respectful and helpful and made our new Accord purchase a breeze! The prices are great and the customer service was exceptional.     I had a fantastic experience at this Honda location and it was thanks to Vincent Benner! He went above and beyond to help me take care of my car and did it in such a professional manner! He was caring, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient! He communicated very well and solved the problem ASAP! Previously, when I went to this Honda location, I did not feel like I got the best service. But this time, because of Vincent, I will definitely be coming back!     I started with Junior in sales. He tried working with me and what I wanted. We thought we had a deal but there was some misunderstanding. I had to leave without my Accord Hybrid. Called me the next day, and we worked some numbers, coming to an agreement. German and Ramiro Sales Managers, worked with me in closing the deal . Going into finance, Andrea made things easy and let me digest everything, in my time and way. Even Jacob the GM of the dealership called me to make sure I was satisfied, he himself cleared up a few things for me. Go see Hamer if you need a car. Ask for Junior, tellem Rodger sent you 😉!!

    Went in to investigate a new car lease. Honestly didn't spend a lot of time there. But unlike many places they had some inventory. And also a great selection of used cars. Sales pple were polite, helpful, not pushy. If I end up choosing a Honda, I'll go back there for sure

    I made an appointment to look at a 2022 Civic. At the time, their website said there were at least a dozen in stock. Since the car market is crazy right now, I understand that stock is limited and whatever comes in will be sold fast. It is frustrating but what can you do. I called several times to verify the availability and even asked to have a car put on hold. I was told they DID have Civics in stock and the specific vehicle I wanted would be put on hold for me. When I arrived, I was passed around by THREE different salespeople and eventually, I was told there was no stock and the manager immediately wanted me to sign a pre-contract for a car that was still in-transit. Like I said earlier, I do understand the car market is crazy and new models are going fast, but I would appreciate it if people were honest and didn't waste my time. Took my business to a different dealership and got the vehicle I wanted that same day.

    My experience at Hamer Honda was horrible .I purchased a certificated pre-own car on 03/30/2022 of course they always helps to have financing but when I request to cancel my extended service warranty before 30 days of my refund cancelation date the finance manager write the wrong dealer name Hamer Toyota On my service cancellation form .My consumer Rights to cancel my extra service warranty . I was visited 3rd time for this cancellation purposes ,Sales person was unprofessional he don’t give me the Buyer's Order or bill of sales yet.

    Let me begin by saying the only reason I gave Hamer Honda five stars is because there isn't a ten star rating available! I went to Hamer Honda because I had just landed a new job and when I say new I mean I started my new job earlier in the same week and needed a car because I live in Granada Hills, CA and my job is in Torrance. I saw a used Toyota X-terra (online) that was selling for $4,995 and since I only had $500 cash I thought I would use it as a 10% down payment. So I called them up and spoke with Cody who told me the X-terra was still available. I told him I would be there in an hour. But, I didn't make it there that night and by the time I showed up the X-terra had been sold. But, Cody, asked me if I had time to hang out for a little while to see what he could do for me and told me to go ahead and look around to see what I liked... Which was every car they had in stock! But, none of the cars I saw were in "my price range" and knowing my credit was so far from even being able to be described as "fair" because I didn't even HAVE a credit score, made me feel as if I was wasting not only my time but Cody's too. So I explained the sad truth to him telling him about not even having a FICO credit score and having worked at my current job for less than one week... I was pretty sure the entire experience would equate to an exercise in futility before it was over. And, it wasn't until Cody came back from meeting with his finance manager and took me out to a line of beautiful brand new 2019 Hondas and asked me "if I can get you into this 2019 Civic with same type of autonomous drive features that TESLA offers.. would that interest you?" that I began to believe that I might have actually found a solution to my monster commute and non-existent credit situation. So "interest me?" It sure would.. is what I thought... as Cody went onto explain that these were the ultimate commuter cars and would make my daily commute from Granada Hills to Torrance a pleasure cruise. And I knew he was right. But I was just as sure that my credit would preclude anything of the sort from ever becoming a reality. However to make a long story a short story with a happy ending, I'm now on the road to rebuilding my credit with the financing Cody and his Credit Manager were somehow miraculously able to arrange through Honda Financial Services! The moral of the story is that if the staff at Hamer Honda were able to get ME into a brand new 2019 Honda Civic they can do it for you too! So, next time you're in the market for a new ride don't forget to go see the super friendly and accommodating staff at HAMER HONDA IN RESEDA and drive home HAPPY like I did! Check out the photos of my new ride... And I will see you on the road! Beep beep! Lol! Go to Hamer Honda in Reseda, and ask for Cody for an awesome car shopping experience and dream ride like mine.     It is the oldest Honda dealership in the valley. It is run very efficiently with lots and lots of experienced people on every level. We got there early in the morning. It was was quiet they had a lot of new stock just in. We worked to get the best price and was very happy with our deal. With all the big vending machine car sales places up everywhere… I wanted to make sure to support one of our local businesses. I would highly recommend this dealership.

    I just leased a 2018 Honda Civic from Hammer with Frank. He has been with the team more than 27 years. He is really professional, experienced nice and easy to get along with. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable with his advice. I told him exactly what I wanted abd he helped me according to my needs and not by commission. The finance department was also professional and easy going. I highly recommend people who want a non hassle experience to ask for Frank.

    The Dealership is bit small when compared to other Honda dealers but they have good deals when it comes to service. The best package they offer is "Advantage Care" which includes 3 consecutive Synthetic Engine oil+Filter+Tire rotation for $129.95 Even with an appointment, the wait time for this service goes upto 2hrs but it is worth it considering the price. They follow-up and keep you notified of any upcoming scheduled Maintenance. I had purchased one such service(when it was a different Honda dealership prior to Hamer) and then moved to another state. I came back to California recently and they still honored one of my pending services. Staff is super friendly. They have hired some new staff in Service like Kevin who are super helpful, knowledgeable and seem interested in delivering the best customer service. TIP: You gotta be a bit Careful as some Service guys might scare you if you don't know basic items in your Car. Once they told me my Windshield washer fluid has got Coolant mixed somehow and they need to flush it out and would charge $250+ Since I knew that cannot be true as I added Bug repellent Windshield fluid instead of regular Water whose color might confuse someone with a Coolant.

And, I don't get treated right because I have a lot of money or even a good credit score. As a matter of fact, over the three times I've chosen Hamer Honda as the dealer I would make my lease or purchase from, my credit score has never been over the 500 range! Yet, every time I have set foot on the lot, whether it be to service my car or purchase a new car, the caring staff at Hamer Honda has made me feel like family. And that's a feeling you don't get everyday... even when you ARE dealing with family.     The dealership received my car after more than a month of repairs by another auto body shop, to do official checks on the cars systems. And they took over two weeks to check and approve the clarity. I’m not rating the job they did but the absolute apathy at which I received hollow updates by them and no real Commitment to a plausible timeline left me stranded for nearly two months without a car. The auto body shop that actually did the repairs were wonderful and communicated often and consistently were transparent with me. But this dealership more or less just let the car sit there for weeks without any urgency to Getting it back To its owner.

    Buying a car can be an ordeal but not at Hamer Honda. The process of buying my new Honda Sport Hatchback from John and company was quite enjoyable -- which is saying something. Every aspect of the car and lease was thoroughly explained. I obtained a reasonable interest rate after a little bargaining. I wound up buying an extended warranty but since I keep cars forever, I felt it was a good investment. So all in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

    I went in for an oil change and walked out with other issues my car never had before I brought it in. Last week I went in as a scheduled appointment which was a 2 hour and 45 min wait but that’s besides the point. After my appointment as I was driving back home, I started hearing very loud sounds coming from underneath my car. Keep in mind I never had those sounds before… so then when I get home and kneel down to take a look underneath my car, I noticed my engine guard plate was bent. It’s obvious that it was purposely bent in a way where if I drive over any little thing, it will scrap and make those loud sounds. I immediately tried calling my service advisor (Jose) to let him know my issue but he never responded back to my calls and I even left my name and number down to the other advisors so they could pass it down to Jose. Never heard back from him. A joke! My next step was reaching out the the general manager (Jacob). Jacob was unfortunately out of town and could not do anything so he then had Mr. John Pill (a new service manager) handle my car situation. I explained to him my situation and never once heard back from him. I will not be returning back to this location. I am a loyal Honda customer. I only get all my car work done at Honda so this is very unfortunate that Honda would mess around with my car. Beware with your cars, those mechanics are something else along with their customer service.

    Worst experience ever !! We have been costumers at this dealer for a very long time we have bought different cars here and send more costumers. A guy named Frank is a really nice person and helpful. We came to day to see if could purchase another vehicle and the “sales manager”came over to help us, as soon as we said what we were looking in to paying he literally rejected service he kept saying he couldn’t work any numbers . It just seemed he didn’t want to sell or help us at all so we decided to walk to the front desk and ask for someone else to help us and when we called on him he started trowing feasts at my husband and knocked over things to us and kept saying he wanted to fight my husband outside and all this happen in front om my 7 year old daughter. She was scared and shaking to se this man more than 5 ppl were holding him. It was a very scary experience and the worst part is that all the people from the dealer didn’t care or stepped up to help us in any way. The name of this person that attacked us is Rodrigo . If you ever come here ask gor someone else to help you but this guy.

    I have never been so disappointed with the level of service and experience I have received as I have at this Hamer Honda dealership location. This location has changed over the years. It Started off with inquiring about a car. When I sat down with the sales rep. We started talking numbers and it turns out that it was way overpriced and had too many add ons that I didn’t want. Then the sales rep had a female sales manager come over to talk me about the pricing and started being sales aggressive. I asked about the $500 Honda graduate discount Honda offers and she lied to me about only applying to bachelors and masters graduates or soon to be graduates and not associates graduates, when the Honda website offer extends to all three degrees. The next day I paid another visit because online pricing gave me a reasonable offer and my degree would work with other offers. The online offer was ignored and the add ons were back. I negotiated with the sales rep and presented my college transcripts because online it said it was a valid form of proof for Honda. After hours of being there negotiating the General manager raised his voice at me via phone in the finance room about how I cost him money for making his staff stay there after hours and that if I don’t like the deal they offered to leave and never come back. I felt pressured and a little uncomfortable so I signed the contract and left with the car that night. Monday they informed me that I did not qualify for the Honda graduate discount of $500 and I would need to return to the dealership to sign a new contract. They informed me that monthly payment might go up due to this. At this point I was over this negative experience and I just wanted to return the car. When I arrived yet again they used scare tactics to try and get me to keep the car such as you won’t be able to lease with Honda again for 3 months. I found this to be interesting as my credit was already ran with inquiries and valid for a period of time. Also having positive credit standing and history with Honda as this would be my 3rd lease as a loyal Honda customer. I declined everything and returned the car because this Hammer Honda Dealership location lacks transparency, honesty, customer service, and try’s to deceive and take advantage of consumers with their sales aggressive tactics. Avoid at all costs Hamer Honda dealership and do your research to support you before leasing or buying. Knowledge is power and no one deserves to be taken advantage of.

Unlike other car dealerships that turn you away if you don’t have a proficient credit score, Hamer Honda did not turn me away and made it possible for me to drive home with a brand new car.     Started off with a bad experience with a short elderly lady, not sure what her name was but had short hair. She was very rude.     Was sold a car with a misaligned fuel door. After 2 years, that fuel door now does not shut properly and has fully broken from normal use. Dropping off the car at service asking them to look at that while also having 2 recalls done. The recalls were done, but nothing about the fuel door was fixed or even commented on. Should still be under warranty but now the online scheduling system is not working and I am not bothering to wait an hour on the phone to talk to someone. Ive been driving and purchasing Hondas since 2005. This is my last one after this debacle

    I talked to someone named moe about a car i was interested in we set up a appointment for Saturday (it was Thursday) because i live 6 hours away. he told me to get a preapproval which i did within minutes. i told him if i can leave a deposit just to show i was interested and he said just come in on Saturday. i called the next day to confirm he told me there was someone coming to check out the car... he said " i will call you back tomorrow if it doesn't sale" i was confused because i was already approved for the car and i already had my flight which i had mentioned! they end up selling the car that night... but its okay you know i just ran my credit and booked my flight ($168) which i didnt get my money back because it was less thn 24 hours... now i have less thn 30 days to find the right car THANK YOU MOE!!!

    I would love to review their service department that I took my CRV to, but you cannot even contact them by phone to ask the Service Department a question or schedule the work. You get put on hold for ten minutes, then you are connected to a service advisor line that then transfers you to a voice-mail box that isn't set up and dumps the call. Try again? Same exact broken record. Is business that good Hamer? Skip it, I'll find another mechanic.

    I returned the next day to the dealership after leasing my car and I was treated very poorly, given an attitude by the very guy who sold me my car. Also, as I was checking out my new vehicle and getting ready to drive off, the financing manager said out loud “must be nice to have money”. My biggest regret is leasing from them and not going to a better dealership like Galpin or Keyes. Save yourself some time and go to a different dealership.

    Gas prices are now at $5/G, so Yesterday I started searching for the most affordable hybrid car but it needs to accommodate tall people. Then I got a call from Danya inviting me to come over and checked out the Accord 2022. I had no plans of buying a brand new car, and since I was on my way to get pizza on Reseda, I decided to go. The car is gorgeous and it will save me a ton of money. The good thing is that I don’t have to charge it. Willie was the agent. He was very kind and polite. German, who gave me an offer I can’t resist and convinced me to take it. Ellie was also thorough. They are all amazing! They asked me how I found out that they have an Accord hybrid since it only arrived 4 days ago. I said, I didn’t know. Then I just realized I was buying a 2022 model with all the blings, comfort, ride, and safety.     Worst service of my life!! WARNING DO NOT COME HERE! Go to Galpin Honda they care WAY More about their clientele. The men here are all old, forgetful and careless. These old men do not want to work. They had me waiting in the lobby for 3 hours knowing i was in the lobby and they never texted me when my car was done and it had been done for 2 hours. I came in for an appointment and was told it would only take 2 hours. I watched as they finished my car in one hour and waited patiently and watched them help everyone else besides me. They even were helping poeple who came after me before me. The worst experience of my life with them. ill never come here again. They claimed they were understaffed but they literally had enough hands to help everyone else around me. If i didnt get up and speak up about it they wouldve had me waiting for much longer. When i walked up my paper work was all done and they still had me waiting to have them pull up my car while they helped other poeple it was a terrible experience and the worse money spent on a basic oil change. literally there were men just sitting and staring at the walls when i walked in to speak up about my car. They literally did not even want to help me. A**holes! Don not pay for the package deals they have! I ordered 3 oil changes and this was my last one. FOR GOOD!

    I went in looking for a pre-owned car for a reasonable price. Once we got helped we tried negotiating for the price. It was ridiculously high and we were hoping to meet in the middle. At first, we were informed they would be able to lower it a bit. After disagreeing and leaving, we decided to come back later on for the price they had negotiated for. However, a new employee helped us out and told us we were unable to lower the price than it already was. We were shocked and confused as to why the person who helped us earlier told us we could lower it. We were upset for them misleading and giving us false hope. One of the ladies was so rude and gave us attitude. When we asked to speak to a manager, they were too busy to talk with us. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and unreasonable. We’re definitely not coming back here.

    This was my first time taking my car to Hamer Honda since the last dealership I went to kept damaging my car. I went for an hour change and I made an appointment so when I got there, it wasn't busy. Chris Bonilla was my tech representative and I thought his customer service was amazing. They also don't do car washes here which is great for me because I got my car cermaic coated and wash my own car to avoid swirl scratches. I got the Advantage Care package for 3 oil change, 3 tire rotation, filter change and multipoint inspection. The whole oil change took less than hour so I was glad about that. The reason I give 4 star instead of 5 is because the mechanic left some oil drips on my engine bay. They also didn't fill up my power steering fluid but they filled up my windshield wiper fluid, they didn't even mark anything on the power steering section on the multi point inspection paper.

    Service is awful, most of the service advisors there are terrible at understanding what problems customers have with their vehicles. I've taken my car a handful of times to get the same thing checked out but they could never seem to duplicate the issue. At this point I strongly believe they don't care for fixing my car. Which is fine, would explain why people leave to service their cars else where. Overall, disappointed with the team of service advisors.

    a total fraud, we just bought a car, my husband checked the price and told them that because they were charging certain amounts the final payment ... they money that would take them away from the total cost, it would be 5 thousand dollars, we made the deal and when we realized it they came back to load that money on the contract and we confidently signed when we reviewed the contract at the house, we realized that they had put in the money that they would eliminate, my husband gave them half the cost of the car in cash, and in the end what we owed them was what what the car cost but without the money we had given them…. they are liars and they deceive people ....the car cost was 19,000 we gave them 11,000 in cash… and we owe 20,000 to the bank??? it's a theft

    4/28/2021- The Purchase Beware of this Dealer! Upfront the service is amazing, until they get their money. Upon delivery, we found a few defects, they promised to fix if we bring it back the next day. The next day, they only fixed 1 of 2 things. The second thing is the clear strip, which they pushed so hard to sell. It was not installed properly even after the 1st fix. Only to be told that it is fine as long as it sticks in the front. Yeah, it's not going to be fine with age. It will dry up and peel. Now after calling Lory the "Product Specialist" many times and leaving voice messages. We do not hear from her at all. Now that I really think about it, she might have lied about the strip already installed and we had to pay for it. Great initial service, terrible quality control. Not sure why they would do this for one clear strip. 5/6/2021 - Update Today we bought back the car, and it was finally fixed! Finally over!

    I wanted to switch from Lease to the owner. At first, they gave me a bill to choose which service I wanted. After checking, I realized that the prices were not fair at all and I wanted to reject them and not buy any. However, they forced me to buy an oil change service by force and ultimately immorality.     I went into the dealership to purchase a set of floor mats and I wanted to use a 20% off coupon that they have on the website. The two employees at the parts department were very rude and not helpful. They had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the 20% off coupon. I showed them the coupon from their website and they insisted I had to print it out to use it. They claimed to have ordered the floormats I wanted but never took any of my information. I don't think they ordered the floor mats because they did not take my information. Stay away from the parts department go to a different dealer. Do not waste your time coming to Hamer Honda
