I got comic and was behind 1 1/2 months I explained to them and they took my car when I ask them how much I oue to get it out they said that I have to give them the keys and then they will tell me I paid over 17,000 dollores back allready I got the car for 15,900 and put 5000 dollores down so you see they got all there money back and they did not intend to give me back my car instead they wanted the keys .so it's on my credit now saying I oue 17,000 dollores and they most likely sold the car and did not credit me anything this was over 1 year ago so you think they sold the car ,? I'm sure they did ... don't ever get sick ,they are not honest people

I was raised by a saying in Spanish that goes, transparency in transactions maintains friendships. They took their time breaking everything down, from the loan to my down payment. I took my time looking at the car and besides the usual wear and tear fog the year the VW Jetta is in great shape. Communication is key and I look forward to what the future has in stored. Yes they give chances as in approving most ppl with financing. What you dont hear about is after financing. I was paid to date on all my regular monthly payments but my insurance lapse for a day and they repo my car. I obtained insurance the same day they picked the car up and tried to go pick my car up from their location. I was told I needed $2000 to pick the car or $175 to get my belongings out the car. They repo the car for one day lapsed of insurance, Christmas was Saturday most businesses were closed but they didn’t care. It’s all about money, I would understand if I waited today (3days lapse of insurance) but Monday didn’t even roll in they already had a pick up order for the car. Lost my job behind this… what a merry Christmas from them

Walked in with no motivation thinking I will be actually leaving with a car! But I was wrong, Francis and his team made sure I left with the best help and support with most importantly with a car out the parking lot! Great help guys!

Came in to get a car, everyone was professional, the paperwork was thorough and they made the process much easier for me than other dealers I went to. They showed me options that I can pick on my own. My payments were much lower than I thought. I would recommend to friends and family. I had previous problems getting cars because of situations, but through it all, it worked out fine.

They have worked with me instead of taking my car. They extended my time and also made arrangements to bring my account back to current. United quest is a great company, it helped me get my car after having my credit damaged. The interest isn’t the best but most important you pay for the OPPORTUNITY to buy a car with bad credit. If you ask me if I would do it again I WOULD!! Honestly my experience with them has been great I think most of it has to do with the person asinged to my case her name is Alina. She is very sweet, nice, and UNDERSTANDING!!! Honestly I have been late quiet a few times and she’s always gone out of her way to work with me and ALWAYS UNDERSTANDING!!! When she calls she isn’t a heartless dept collecter I can’t emphasize enough how professional and NICE she is... I’m a hard worker and sometimes I fall behind United quest isn’t out there to get you or take your car away they have good payment plans that work great through good and bad times. I can't believe what some people have said in their reviews... I arrived at this country 2 years ago and didn't have any credit history, so no one would give me financial help to buy a car. Then, someone recommended United Quest and they've been amazing since the get go. I've dealt mostly with Heras, who's a really cool guy, but also with Alex and Rene and they've always been extremely helpful and nice even when I haven't been able to pay on time. I highly recommend them!

Liz and Danny (it’s a girl) are my go to girls. They are very understanding and will work with you as long as you are constantly keeping in touch with them (besides we are riding around in their car till it’s paid) so I understand. They do call, text and email me a lot but that’s only when I forget to call them and update them and etc. Other then that it’s a great company and very helpful especially for those who are trying to build credit. I recommend them and recommend you speak to Liz and Danny only.

Do not associate with these scammers! They don't report to credit report. I had so much issues from the beginning with them and they never assist me. I have another car loan from Santander. They were a lot helpful than these idiots I went in person with my wife and not even the manager didn't come out to help. None of them have neither work ethics neither being understanding. No one help me than they repo my woman car at her job site. They didn't help her. Hang up on her numerous time. They told me my car was back in the dealership when my car was in the car lot. They don't care if you have payment to work with. They won't work with you they don't help you they lies and give more excuses

Gus needs to be fired ASAP. beyond condescending & will call you everyday , three times a day like you owe him money personally. So glad I got transferred back to my old financing company today. EDIT: since you would like to respond with a LIE. I had no intentions on ever paying your company because of AGUSTIN condescending remarks when he made his FIRST phone call to me and then proceeded to, harass me, 3 times a day at different times and when i brought it to your attention you apologized and said he would be handled , I begged my old finance company to take me back because there was NO way i could deal with your company for two more years on my loan when I had such a bad experience on month in . My fiance and I have purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz from a car dealership last year in April and United Quest is whom we were advised the loan would be with. At first I was kind of skeptical as I didn't know of any dealership that did not accept cash. I got over that as I thought about it and decided paying with my debit card would be best for me and security purposes. Well I have had my car for over a year and I must say that I have not had any problems with this company thus far. I have been late a few times and Renae and several other staff members have worked with me and there was no problems. One time I was a month late due to another creditor decided to draft my account without my permission and I had to wait to get my funds back from my bank, but I called and explained the situation and they understood and said whenever I could make the payment would be find with them. Whatever your credit circumstances are, they will work with you, but communication is the key. You cannot expect to keep your vehicle if you are months behind and have not communicated with them to advised them of the circumstances. Also they are not the first company that will repo your vehicle for failure to have insurance, as no big banks will let you do this either. A in house finance company will let you do this as they know the cars they have are not worth anything. You cannot please everyone and no I do not work for United Quest nor have I been paid or offered anything to post this review. I decided to do this as this company is not bad as some are making it seem.

UPDATE: the VP emailed me privately and apologized for the way the representative treated me and she also sent me documents from the date my vehicle was repossessed... feels great to know I am not garbage just because I was going through a financial hardship and had my vehicle repossessed!!! THANK YOU!! Original review ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! do not use their services!!!!! They Cant give me documentation showing that me vehicle was repossessed And then they say I’m sorry what ever you have going on is your issue and they hang up on you!!! I will be writing to the better business bureau!!! I need documents saying that my vehicle was taken because someone racked up $200 in sunpass fees! ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A SIMPLE LETTER STATEING THAT MY VEHICLE WAS REPOSSESSED and the lady spoke to me like as if I was garbage. I am a single mother I need these documents to have the sunpass fees waived!!!!! They could have just helped me by giving me a simple letter if they can’t reprint anything!
