She always made sure with each conversation that all my questions were answered, and all my concerns were addressed. It really allowed me to have peace of mind. I look forward to doing business with them in the future, and think that this is the beginning of a great business relationship !

Very slow and very poor follow up. They don’t really do same day loans. Applied on Friday was told that somebody would get back to me Saturday morning. On Sunday I got a text message stating they’d get back to me Monday morning. None of that happened. Also on the previous $750 loan, I only received $695 and the total cost of loan was $1050 over seven weeks. To close the 1st loan, I called the phone number listed on my bank statements, which was a random guy’s cell phone number. He answered the phone as hello. He stated, somebody else will get back to me. The next day he called, pretending to be somebody else. Much better apps out there this is more in line with expensive payday loans. Don’t be lazy but do compare with rates of more reputable companies who have an actual staff and reachable customer service

Communication with this company is horrible. I paid off my first loan with them and was offered another loan with a higher amount and lower fees. I was told not to apply online again, everything would be done through text message. They told me they had a high demand of re-contracts, and would put me in a queue, so someone would reach out to me within a few days. I didn't hear back from anyone until 14 days later. I tried to sign my contract that same day, but the website was having technical issues. I informed them about the issue. They said someone would reach out. No one ever did. I've reached out four times over the past month, and still haven't gotten a response.

Great people to work with. Really affordable terms. If you can pay off your advance within a month the terms are amazing. If not it's still not bad at all and goes up to 12 payments. Pay off in 4 to cut interest. Would recommend. Money within hours for emergencies.

What a scam company or they just want out deeper look of out bank info ? They say this is for gig workers and I do earn more than 400$ every week since 2 months now. But After entering my bank info then only they rejected my application. Lol..these are so bad people preying on poor drivers like this. Please take a class action against such escavengers..their reason for rejecting my application was not enough cash flow..lol. 400 or 500 a week for a coue thousand loan is not enough cash flow???

Zero Stars!!! I paid almost $3000, which was the total balance due, according to their records. They sent me a letter saying paid in full. Then 8 days later randomly took out two payments due to an error on their side. They did not inform me of anything. When speaking to Co founder, Jared… he was incredibly rude and disrespectful! Would never recommend!

I used Giggle for the first time in January. I’m a rideshare driver and needed some help as it was the slow season in my market and Giggle came through. Great doing business with giggle. Getting approved was easy, deposit was quick and they will work with you if you need it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the interest rate was f'ing high as my uncle.

This company has helped me increase my credit score tremendously! Loan process simple , easy payments , and great communication . First payments are normally due 7 days afterwards , now if we could get those first payments out to 2-3 weeks that'll be great , but besides that they are amazing .

This company litterally connected with my business bank account through my bank, had access to all my information and never followed through with their word and with the completion of the amount that I was told would be lent to us. I definitely DO NOT recommend working with them. Very dishonest and inconsiderate with their communications.

Just as I suspected, from Lending Club, to Rapid Funding and all their affiliates, applying for business or personal credit, they obtain your information from affiliate to affiliate just to run your credit with these so called pre-approval emails and notifications. They even went as far as to state I was approved for $1000 in funding just to dig deeper into your finances and ad another hard check on your personal credit. I met every criteria they mentioned and they even confirmed my monthly through my banking details. It's best to stay debt free and invest in yourself and your own business. Bottom-line, you stop the bleed from folks that are really not trying to help you or your business. If you don't invest in yourself, who do you think is going to invest in you. Done!

Imagine charging a 7.8% origination fee and not mentioning it before finalizing the loan. Avoid this scam at all costs. 😂 They take "hidden fees" to a whole new level. Furthermore, the agent I was assigned to was juggling between different customers and constantly telling me to hang up and call back. Make no mistake, this is a very amateur establishment, you can expect a "kind", surface level experience, but you can toss professionalism and transparency out the window. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Giggle helped me out at a bad time in my life. Without them helping me with a loan I would be homeless. I was in a car accident and my car was totalled. My car is my work, I'm an Uber driver. Without it, no pay. With this loan I was able to rent a car thru Uber and keep working. This was a lifesaver.
