Great place. Kind and friendly. Very patient... bc if I'm being honest, loans and interest talk can be a little bit confusing. But the manager went over it with me until I felt comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They have been great with our auto loan!

I've done business with them over the years and the service and knowledge of the staff is deplorable. For people working in finance they have absolutely no clue what is going on. They are constantly contradicting themselves and even the manager has no idea what he's doing. They take forever to return your calls, process your application. It takes weeks for your title to be mailed to you. The only good thing is their interest is a little lower than most places but you pay for 12-15 months. This will be the last time I ever take my business here.

Fast and very nice people. Not complicated. I had a loan from this company years ago, then I called them last year and it was so easy and not overly expensive and so I have just renewed another loan. I do recommend them very much.

Quick and efficient. Great customer services skills, we appreciated the service we received from the whole staff. We live in Carson City and have had a loan with the Carson City office in the past and the service was slow and terrible. Thank you Rogelio Martinez and staff.

Impossible to get ahold of the Reno branch always say they will give me a call butdont call ever. Edit: Was hard to get ahold of the Reno branch for a long time. After three weeks of calling and asking someone finally got ahold of me. I am grateful but it is still extremely inconvenient and the problem should be addressed.
