United Community Bank Jesse Jewell Pkwy, Gainesville

Never had an issue until I went this morning. The date is 4/20/2022. The lady in the drive through, blonde heavy set lady was awful. I pulled up and she asked what I would like to do and I said withdraw money, she then proceeded with an attitude. Worst experience honestly. I was still tired and didn't appreciate the rudeness.

I recently switched from another bank of thirty years to United Community Bank. I was treated professionally and was given better banking terms than my previous bank. Tyler White of the Buford Branch helped a lot, however the Gainesville branch, where I bank as well, is great. Wonderful people, kind, courteous and very professional. Thank you Tyler for your help and for going the extra mile to help me and my business. I highly recommend the United Community Bank. You will receive better banking service, more personal and more detailed at a small community bank.

Lovely staff, but terrible hours. I work 8-5, so I can't stop at the bank after work.

I usually don’t write reviews but things that this staff does at this branch is amazing when it comes to customer service. Levi,Alonso,Tabetha and everyone else.. Thank you for great service!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! I used them as a starter bank for when I wanted to get my first bank account and at first they were ok but then went down hill the longer I used them. They charged my credit card over a hundred dollars and I never got that money back. And their CSR'S always hung up on me when I asked about a refund.

Best bank I know love them
