WAS TOLD EXPLICITLY THERE WERE NO FEES FOR CHECKING ACCOUNT, OPENED IT TO INCREASE POTENTIAL OF SECURING LOAN FROM THIS BANK, NO ACTIVITY ON THE ACCOUNT AND I GET A LETTER TODAY STATING THAT NOT ONLY HAS THIS BANK WIPED OUT THE BALANCE OF THE ACCOUNT, BUT THE OVERDRAFTED ME AND EXPECT $12, DO NOT BANK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR POSITIVE BALANCE TO TURN INTO A DEBT! I DON'T EVEN HAVE A DEBIT CARD OR ATM CARD, NO TRANSACTIONS ON ACCOUNT, BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY

We have had nothing but a bad experience from day one. First, the login that they gave me for my online account went to someone else’s account (that I was able to view). Then, my debit card was sent to someone else’s address. Online bill pay is a joke. Two different bills were supposed to be delivered December 9th. Today is December 14th and they still have not gotten there. We will be moving our account to a more reliable bank ASAP.
