Normally, I have zero problems with this location, but I just got off the phone with corporate who is calling the franchise owner. If you get an important check in the mail, don't come here. It will be over 7 days old due to the mail issues and they will not cash it. I just got one, got it out of my box yesterday, arrived the day before, and just tried to cash it. I was told no. I even pointed out the mail issues and told her she could check the cameras to verify I signed it in front of her line of sight, not even six feet away. I even pointed out that my phone was in the crook of my arm the entire time. None of this has been an issue until this woman today, at this or any location. I just stood there for ten minutes in a lot of pain for this... And there are NO notices anywhere visible at this location that this would have been an issue.

I went here for the first time today and the employees there made it so quick and easy to cash my paycheck and they were extremely nice and helpful. I don't review often, but I appreciated their help and I will definitely be back.

I live out on Route 40 and I stopped going to the United Check Cashing there because the woman who noterizes the letters is always so rude to me and others. I believe her name is Janice or something like that. I was coming to this location while living in Brookside and always received excellent customer service here. I travel the extra two miles because they provide excellent service. I wish I could remember the names of the older white woman and the middle eastern man who work there because they are top notch.

My daughter and I both use this check cashing service on occasion when the bank has already closed. The staff is pleasant and professional. The check cashing fee is fair. They have an ATM, they do Delaware lottery and have a coinstar on site.
