I have had very good experiences here. Kristen is very down to earth and friendly. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because when I called them before going there to make sure I had everything in order, I wasnt told to bring certain documents with me that would be needed to refinance. So be sure to ask over the phone just what to bring prior to coming!! But again, overall experience very good!

Kristen is amazing! Very knowledgeable, easy going, & hilarious. Not only did she answer every question that I had to put my mind at ease about my loan, she made me feel welcomed. She didn’t treat me as just another “customer”. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Lauren gave me A1 customer service!!! She even gave my children crayons and coloring papers to keep them from tearing up the place. The process was fast and easy. 5 stars periodt :)

Delaware Law via Executive Order states Drivers License expiration dates are extended. This information is currently displayed on the State Linked DMV Page as their cover photo. My Driver's License (expired Thursday) is not being accepted nor is my renewal paper stating I am waiting for my new card. Under Executive Order, State Law states my Driver's License is still valid even though it says on it it is expired, plus I have proof of renewal being done online and DMV told me they should be accepting what I have.

Arrived here around 230 clock on the door says return at 240. Go to the door at 240 was told 245. It is now 315 and the door is still locked and the woman still inside. In the car waiting in the heat. No signes of her opening the door any time soon. I am not the only one waiting. Not sure what kind of business does something like this.

Was hesitant to come to this place but as soon I walked in I was greeted right away. All my questions were answered and put my mind ease. Kristen was the representative that helped me. She was fantastic and I will certainly tell everyone about my experience

this place is crazy. the girl in red is not nice at all, she does not know how to treat customers. she acts like she is giving money from her own. she has printer and yet she asked me to print docs for her in staples. the company is crazy really high rates. they offered me $1700 to pay it back $5000. unbelievable. ..I rate this 0. do not waste your time to apply. you will lose 2h of your life for nothing.

The employees here behave like they are giving free money to street people. When you walk its all written in negative rude talk to innocent customers. "if your clients are doing the wrong thing by borrowing and paying then you are engaged in a dirty business" if not treat them like your employers. I had a bad experience visiting this store. Especially from the oversized woman in red. Point of advice; if you are too good for that job then own your store. I bet you will be jobless soon
