Hello Eny Kingz, I want to give my apologies for how you feel. I want to let you know that every United Check Cashing employee is kind to our customers because when your'e happy, we're happy. I assure you 25 years in the check cashing business that we are very legitimate. We have set company guidelines on how to get a check verified. Each check we receive we have to scan and see if it is in our data base and if it does not come up, we have to get it verified, which is what your'e referring to "interrogation". We appreciate you having your NYS Photo ID and pay-stub but most times that is not enough to get checks verified. We look through the NYS Department Of Corporations database, sometimes we even have to make phone calls. It is a process, which once completed the next time a customer comes with that particular company check, they do not have to go through again. If you have any more questions please give us a call. Hello Justin, I have reviewed the situation you are reviewing about. 1. The teller whom you had the transaction with was the owner herself. We are a proud family owned business. 2. Our business is to cash checks, we do our best to cash customers checks unfortunately, like your case we are not able to sometimes. There are several reasons why this could happen. In your particular situation you had a $15 check that was already endorsed. Mr.Fydelity, we have a policy that we cannot accept previously endorsed checks. This policy is in place because of mobile deposit scammers, whom try to cash previously deposited checks. It has happened before and that is why the policy has been placed. We have had that policy since 2015. There are also several signs that are placed throughout the lobby informing customers of said policy. If the teller cannot see you sign the check than he/she cannot proceed with the transaction. We appreciate you having a proper NYS ID, however in your case, the transaction could not be done was the endorsement and not the ID. 3. I apologize if you feel that the teller was rude to you in any way. We try to make each transaction run as smoothly as possible and we want to keep our customers happy. Michael you should not be posting false reviews based off of your emotions. The owner had tried verifying your check. As soon as she asked you one question it was like the end of the world for you. You clearly didn't want to provide us with any information which would guide us into the verification process of your check. It downright seemed like you were the one who was having a bad day and you took it out on the wrong person.
