TD Bank Portion Rd, Ronkonkoma

I have been a TD customer for several years now. When this branch first opened and TD was of the newer banks around, they seemed to have a competitive edge over others in the area. Longer hours make it more convenient for people to access banking options at off hours. The staff service has steadily declined over the years. I personally have waited 15-20 minutes to speak with someone in the office area and I was the only customer in the bank. TD started added ridiculous fees for everything that I have never seen before. I do not need to put my money in a bank that is going to charge me a fee to keep my money there. Lastly, there is no drive-up ATM access. If you need access to an ATM, it's old school get out of your car, go in to this little confined area with other strangers waiting right behind you while you just removed large sums of cash from the machine. Not uncomfortable at all. SMH.

Folks, head on over the the branch in Farmingville, much better service. If a company has a rating of 2.3 from their clients, I suggest that they look into making some system changes and improving the negative aspects. If most people are not being delighted, one needs to add some customer service training. We are living during some crazy times so the main goal of every company should be to provide excellent customer service but that has certainly not been the focus at this TD Bank location. It is sad that most of the reviews mention the lack of professionalism and customer service and unfortunately, I have to agree with them. I was definitely not delighted when I visited this branch this week. Let's hope that these reviews are read and changes are made.

They nice sometimes inside the bank but they take their sweet time in the drive thru with no atm as we know in drive thru, it’s not a convenient bank at all

they are becoming like all the other banks. been waiting on hold on the 800# for 15 minutes to get my ACH going that was applied for online 2 days ago, spoke lat night to them and they still haven't taken care of things. BS

Horrible service!!! They dont know anything they are talking about at all!! Rude, unhelpful and totally dont care about their customers and their money at all. If I could give zero stars I would!!

So I waited several months to write this review because I was apprehensive to join this bank given some of the previous reviews. My family of 4 switched over to this location because the Lake Grove location closed. We are very happy with this branch. We needed to switch over and condense all of our accounts, open a new account and move our things to a new safety deposit box. When our daughter had to do her taxes for the first time this year she went to get a bank check with no problem. We've easily walked in to get papers notarized. We have dealt with several staff members with all these changes. Everyone who has helped us has been pleasant, courteous, professional and most helpful. They know us as a family and their services and hours are great. We highly recommend this branch.

just had a simple question and the woman on the phone spoke to me as if i was an accountant. so rude for no reason despite my patience for her attitude.

Standing in line now for 20 min. Worlds most convenient bank - not when u have 1 teller on your days open. Close your doors or properly staff your floor. 2 stars because u r open.

Big 0000000 in professionalism, service, behaviors and approach of service.10 out of 10 in rudeness and worst service. I wish never to have this kind of customer service again in rest of my life.
