Skeptical when UBB bought My Bank. However, Juanita and her staff have continued with the exceptional, cordial, and courteous service.

Came to the drive- through 10 minutes before opening...just to be told that they are going to be opening in several more minutes.. If a buisness states that they are open at 9am, they need to be open exactly at 9am....not whenever the workers decides what time they want to open for buisness...No wonder why you can always notice a long line of vehicles lined up as if if In-N-Out burger...and by the way, real New Mexican's can honestly tell you that In-N-Out is not all that!... We should know, considering the only thing for entertainment is eating. ..

I tried to support this local business but they have been very difficult to deal with. Their electronic access is abysmal, it takes them over 2 weeks to process a bill pay, they can't give you a rate for a loan, they refuse to let you mail in deposits... I'm done. Perhaps I'll try again when they get their act together :(

I would go in to transfer money from my saving account to my checking account and find that the manager had done it for me .. The first time I thought that was freaking strange . The second time I was not happy. The third time she had cashed in one of my CD's to put money in my savings after taking it all andoving it to my checking. Now never had I given her any permission not verbal or written. When she took it upon her self to move myoney once, that was strange. Twice I told her she needed to wait till I came in, she gave me "I'm just making sure you don't have over draft. Blah blah blah"i informed her if I ever did it would be on me. For her to stop managing my business. That third time she actually cashed in a CD. Never said nothing. Except I went home got my copies of the remaining 6 CD's took them up there cashed them all in closed both my savings and my checking out. And stared over at a different bank. Not a different branch but a bank withal different logo on the letterhead.

Great local community bank to work with.
