I had the opportunity to sit through a 3 day training class with Kat.I was blown away about how thoughtful she is of her customers and employees. It was refreshing to meet someone so passionate about truly serving others. Also, listening to her share her knowledge on insurance and the role in plays in protecting her customers was astonishing. I’ve been an agent for 8 years. And I took away several ideas that Kat shared that I’ll be implementing in my office to help my customers. Thank you Kat for being amazing

Kat has taken care of our family for near 12 years! She is knowledgeable and cares about putting you in a good situation. She also is extremely active in the community by volunteering for Make and Wish! If you want great insurance from a great person you will find it here!

Kat is super knowledgeable and very professional. She goes above and beyond to solve concerns. She actually responds via call or txt w answersVERY TIMELY. Only negative is im not sure about her Seahawk fanship because everyone knows the Raiders have the best fans ..

The office staff was very friendly, however the agent is something else! She is not worth a single star but there isn't an option to give zero or negative stars. 1st off, she seemed bothered to do her job. 2nd, she was not knowledgeable at all regarding the products I wanted, and 3rd, her quote was beat by another State Farm agent! Stay away from this unfriendly, unpleasant, unknowledgeable woman! Edited to add: the owner reviewed her own agency here! That is just plain crazy!

Nice group of people here! Always wanting to help! Never pushy! They helped my family save money on our home, auto, and even helped us get life insurance and set up a Money Market account! Guess they do car loans too!

I like too say that I had a very pleasant experience at State Farm my agent Jamie Lucero was very helpful professional and knowledgeable I look forward too working with her in the future. Thanks

This lady was horrendous! She wouldn't call me back for weeks. Then she never had time to meet because she was out of town. She was extremely rude every time we did speak. I love State Farm, just not this lady! Thanks to Bri in this office and her great recommendation, I found another State Farm agent that was attentive and had time for new business! Stay away from this place at all cost unless you want to wait weeks to talk to the agency owner and don't mind dealing with a very rude and unprofessional person! If you look below at her response to my review along with many others, she refuses to take accountability for being a lousy person and running such an underachieving, unprofessional agency. Instead she claims reviews are fake, her ex-husband and now she claims I'm a former employee? Obviously she is delusional. I have never worked for an insurance company/agency, ever. Thank you for re-affirming my choice in chosing a far superior Agent and her wonderful agency. State Farm is great, too bad this lady brings it a bad name. Shame on you!

Kat and her team really love what they do and you can feel it when you work with them. Kat has decades of experience in insurance which makes her that much more helpful to Los Lunas.

I am not willing to give this place a star but had to in order to leave the review. I do not do online reviews but people need to be aware. I have never seen an office so unorganized and unprofessional. Trusting someone with your insurance needs is very important. I would not trust this broker. I find it interesting that the owner would give herself 5 stars.
