Had the worst banking experience with them. They closed my account due to fraudulent activities that weren’t done on my part. I would never understand how someone else tried to cash a check in my name THAT WAS FAKE without PROPER IDENTIFICATION and they “ASSUMED” that I knew about it and literally closed my account and held funds that didn’t belong to them.

I always enjoy seeing the girls at Essex Bank in King William! They are always full of smiles and are willing to help. Very perculiar branch. They know all of their customers and their needs and we look forward to coming in knowing that our exact needs will be met.You will not this at any other branch!
