I had the pleasure of working with Jon Tran, an experienced, passionate, & hard working lender. My family had been denied a loan twice and we were giving up at that point, but then I heard about Jon and I decided to give it a try! Jon never once told us we wouldn’t be able to qualify for a loan.. in fact, he gave us MULTIPLE options we can work with! Any questions we had, Jon made sure he gave us an informative answer every single time. We were guided step by step during the whole process, left with no doubts or concerns whatsoever, which is crucial especially when you’re a first time home buyer! I would say Imran and his team are so professional and exceptional. They were wonderful and responsive and very professional throughout the process. My loan was little difficult one as I switched my contract from W2 to C2C last year and have only 1 years of self employment tax. But Imran get it done. I was surprised as from starting the process to close the loan doesn’t take more then 2 weeks. I am very happy that I got refinance loan.
