There was so much I had forgotten about the process and new regulations made for less flexible options. Don Gay from day 1, was so supportive and truly excited for me. I had not met him in person and yet I felt he was part of my support system. Cheering me on and wanted me to fulfill my dreams of home ownership. He took time on evenings and weekends, being accessible, patient, kind. Truly next level customer service. He explained the process, options, pros and cons. He spoke to me as if he was taking care of his sister. Making sure all the littlest details were taken care of. He is incredibly knowledgeable, seasoned and his firm as some creative and innovative options. But, security, stability, and making sure everything goes smoothly through closing was his utmost priority. He always had my best interest in mind! Don is a godsend! We were referred to him by Alan Salazar, who worked with my mom and me several years back. I reached out to Mr. Salazar earlier this year, but he had retired. He connected me with Don and assured me we would be in good hands -- that was an understatement! Don has been so kind, prompt, thorough, and professional. He went above and beyond to secure the best rate possible for us, and turned a stressful process into a seamless one. He was also very patient, answering all of my questions - day or night. He never made me feel as if I was being a bother, or that he was too busy. I'd reach out to him with several prospective homes/addresses, and he provided me with detailed mortgage payment estimates, etc. I was never in the dark. Last month, we were able to close on the most beautiful home in the neighborhood I prayed for, just a few miles from where I grew up. Before our contract was accepted, we were in an awful bidding war, and Don spoke with the other party to advocate on our behalf. He then worked tirelessly so that we could close several days ahead of schedule, leaving us ample time to move. There aren't enough words in the English language to convey our gratitude.

I was introduced to Don's team by my realtor and Don worked on his vacation to get me prequalified for a loan and sent the Prequalification letter the same day. After we had an accepted offer, the loan approval process was started and in all steps, Don provided excellent and responsive service. The terms and conditions of the loan were clearly explained and Don worked to make sure that the documents provided were accepted. The team was very responsive to questions and reviewed all documents expeditiously. Don worked hard on the last day to get the loan cleared to close when the underwriter asked for additional information regarding the funds. We had to close that day to ensure we had the movers the next day who were only available that day. Overall, I highly recommend Don and his team for your loan needs.
