    unique auto was great. they do business different. they say what they mean and mean what they say. meaning they stick to their word, are honest and do business right. no haggle no non sense.     Recently bought a car from them they said everything work wanna take a guess the compressor was out on it not even a day later the fuel pump went out also the break where put on wrong and had a tire bent can’t believe I’m paying this much for a vehicle that’s not even running do not recommend

    Truck bought and had problems with it from the moment it left the lot. Was told to have ease of mind it would have a 3 month powertrain warranty! Powertrain warranty is not active and dealer never paid for it! Not responsive! And 1 week later inspection said it has a blown head gasket and many many codes that was cleared to be sold and already put in a alternator day after bought . Not professional and not of there word!

    Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before I bought a truck from these guys. Shady is a kind description. After offering to do a "free" diagnostic test of the truck there was a question about a tire warning light that was on. I was assured that it was just a low tire. I bought the truck with the hope that was the case. Tires looked new and in good shape. Stopped at a gas station to check and fill all tires to find out the tire light did not go off. When I brought it to my tire guy, he told me one sensor was bad and one was completely missing and that his sensor should have picked that up. Since then, many things have been discovered about the truck. I'm not holding them responsible for everything but at the least expected them to reimburse the money for the sensor replacements (only $140.00). After 2 months of excuses and stonewalling, I was finally told that the $ will not be reimbursed. I figured it was the least they could do after finding out about the other issues along with massive rust that was painted over in many areas of the vehicle. This was a very expensive lesson and I hope this review educates future buyers into seeking other used vehicle dealers.

    My experience was beyond my expectations. I got my daughter the perfect car for her and at an affordable price. Friendly service. I would recommend Scot and the gang at Unique to friends and family when they're in need for a car or truck.

    Found a truck online called to inquire about it and talk to the guy on Saturday seemed nice at first. Gave it till Monday when the lot opened. Was gonna drive the 3 hours with cash in hand to purchase the truck, even after I was told it was just dropped off at a shop for repairs. Ask about negotiating and only got what seemed to me rude responses. I did not low ball the guy or anything then he quit saying anything. I would have paid the asking price but I've never bought a vehicle that was not negotiated on at least a lil and would have left it alone had he kept talking but. Given the rudeness and belittling way he tried to talk i would not give him a dollar for it now. I would not recommend to anyone not even a little and the guy is seriously lacking people skills

    We went to the dealership, we were interested in several of their vehicles, we were told that they were technically, closed. When we asked about their trucks, the man there told us he didn't really know much about them. Rude, horrible at customer service and I would not recommend this business. We were also told that we couldn't crank the vehicle s or test drive them as the keys were not on site to unlock the key cabinet. Worst place ever.

    Love Unique auto! Easy to work with. We bought our son his first car back in Aug of 2016. Car has been excellent. Very reliable & still running great to this date(May2020),👍🏽

    I inquired about a vehicle online and two text messages were sent out. I never once got a reply, I see the car is still for sale but Iam no longer interested. If you want a vehicle go to parkway used auto or a dealer, they will respond and treat customers right. I’ve had friends that have went to parkway auto and they love it!!

    first i seen all the negative reviews on here, and i was completely shocked because i went to 5 different buy here pay here’s today and nobody would work with us, the salesman was super helpful and we had a budget and he helped us get into a car in like 10 minutes. I highly recommend!! 10/10

    Bought a vehicle from these people and have had it about a year or so. Wanted to trade it in and Scot will not even return my calls. I dont have a very good opinion of this guy. Dont go there unless you want to get stuck with a vehicle!

    I have been to several car dealerships and bought many. But this is by Far the best experience at one yet. The Family at Unique Auto work with you and make sure your happy with your choice and make a payment where its affordable. I will definitely be going back to buy again when I do buy another vehicle.     Buyer beware: This company is in the business of selling products with multiple issues. I called from Colorado in order to obtain a truck: 500 down deposit to secure the vehicle (complete rusted out rear shocks and control arm) Flew in to meet with dealership. Rode away with truck that had a complete power steering malfunction and returned truck. Truck would not crank initially due to excessive corrosion on battery terminals. I was told truck would be in operation and was never called back. My deposit was kept. Please understand that the staff is only trying to sell a vehicle and the consumer should be very cautious of doing business with this group. The invintory of vehicles has cigarette smells/ trash in most of the cars/ trucks. Do not I repeat do not put a deposit down on any vehicle before purchase. They will certainly descieve you. I would turn and run. This dealership is the quintessential used car lot that you want to be careful with when sourcing a vehicle.

    Was interested in a vehicle and was willing to put a deposit and fly in to pay the balance cash. Salesman was replying to my text until I asked for pictures under the hood and undercarriage to verify no rust problems. Needless to say didn't get any more replies after that. Came here to see what others had to say and seems to be par for the course. Thinking the bad reviews on here are probably more accurate than the good ones. Place seems like the typical sleazy used-car lot that cleans up cars they picked up from the rust belt and sells them off to unsuspecting customers that don't know any better. Seeing the nightmares others have gone thru, I'll consider myself lucky.

    Had been in conversation with one of the salespeople who told me they would accept 1k down on a specific vehicle. Went out to the lot the different times and no one was there despite being told someone would be. Salesperson finally comes back from their trip and I go in to be told that he won't accept that as a down payment on any vehicle. 1 star for eating so much of my time and gas money.

    I love my car but I was supposed to have financed 7000$ and I asked if that’s what it was going to be well a year later I’m pregnant go to get payoff and still owe 6600$. The woman who did my paperwork is no longer with them and she didn’t explain anything about the interest at 15% I honestly thought 7000$ was all I owed at time of purchase! I traded a Honda Civic 70k miles and held title on it the car was excellent condition they sold it for 8000$ now getting over 9k for this I feel like I was not told the truth on purpose so I’m disappointed with Unique when up until this point would have and have referred everyone here.

    Absolute horrible experience. We bought a car from this business who did not disclose under carriage rust and damage to us even after they HAD to have seen it when they did brake work on the vehicle before selling it. The damage was later inspected by multiple shops who told us they would not recommend driving it further until fixed it was that bad. When we presented unique auto brokers with the issues, They chose to blow us off, Tell us to "sue them" and then pretend to call the cops on us instead of helping in any way with their failure to sell a safe vehicle to us. If you shop here, your experience will be unique in the worst way and your car will be broke. STAY AWAY

    Made an appointment to test drive a car we saw on their website. When we got there the car would not start. Dead battery. The employee was very friendly and tried to jump start the car but it still would not start. He offered to put in a different battery so we can test drive and that's the point that we said no thank you and left. If they want to sell cars, they should start. If they don't start something's wrong with him. The whole place looks a little down on its luck. I don't think they can blame covid for this one.

    I've had my car for 9 hours & already broken down. I had it towed to them & they told me that they couldn't even look at it. It's pooring fluid & wouldn't move AT ALL. I understand they offer no warranty but 9 hours and they wouldn't even LOOK at it just to tell me what is wrong??? He also said we probably did something to? Why would take a car home to mess it up?

    I just recently bought a vehicle from Unique. It was the best experience i have ever had with a car dealership!! The salesman came out and greeted me and thanked me for taking the time to stop by! He was very courteous and helpful. The vehicle i bought was in great shape inside and out!! It was a great experience and i will always go back to them for future purchases!!

    Had a great experience with the good guys at Unique!!! Was looking to buy a car from out of state and Scott was great in helping me feel good about my potential purchase before actually seeing the vehicle in person. He was also nice enough to hold the vehicle for me (with a deposit of course) until I was able to check it out myself. And was also reasonable in negotiations when I brought up concerns about some issues that I did see. Which was very important to me. At the end of the day, I got a sweet Jeep XJ for a fair price, which is hard to say. Thanks again!!!

    My experience at Unique Auto Brokers was excellent. I purchased a car there back in May and it has taken me a while to write this review. I needed a reliable used car for my niece to drive while in college, and was able to find one there thanks to the personal assistance of the owner. The price was well within the budget, and the car has not had any issues since purchase. The car has been driven to the beach twice, is a daily driver for her in Columbia, S.C., and was driven all over Atlanta as she was there over the Summer. Upon purchase I was assured that should there be any issue with the car Unique Auto Brokers would make it right. I would highly recommend Unique Auto Brokers to anyone looking for affordable reliable transportation, a large a varied selection, excellent and helpful customer service with no pressure and an overall pleasant car buying experience.

    This review has been a long time coming since I bought a vehicle from this lot 4 years ago, but I will never go back nor recommend their business to anyone. The best thing that I ever did was trade that SUV in and get a vehicle from a proper dealership. My husband and I were young and dumb, so we decided to make the purchase since we felt that it was a good deal. The salesmen reassured us that the vehicle was "best on the lot," and if it was, then no one should ever go here! We quickly realized that our "good deal" would cost us much more in out-of-pocket repairs since the vehicle was sold "As Is". We had to get a new oil pan, new axle, new breaks and rotors, and had 2 left calipers on both front tires which really complicated all the work. Then, we finally got to take it home!! Seriously, we didn't even make it home before we noticed oil was leaking... Temp tag expired before we had the title in our name. After calling multiple times, they finally sent us the title, but it was never even filed for us like they said they would do. It still had the dealership papers stapled on top of the title from the last owner, so we have to do all the filing ourselves. Within the first couple of months we also had to replace 2 tire pressure censors and the check engine light came on, and we ended up fixing countless other things over the 4 years we owned the vehicle. So glad to be done with the whole situation! Lesson learned! Never again!!!!

    Very nice people to work with. They went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted. He never stopped working with the finance companies til he for me approved. They really stand behind the vehicles they sell. Anything you ask of them to fix or check out they make sure it's done and taken care of before you pull of the lot. I highly recommend these people to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They have a huge selection and low prices.

    Absolutely junk cars. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buying one. They had two Subaru foresters 2003 models, same exact mileage of 88,749.. both cars been painted, both cars rusty underneath, one even has blue masking tape STILL on the rims where they masked the wheel off to spray paint it. Do not buy a car here. But if you do, talk to Traci, she’s nice

    I have been negotiating with the guy at the lot on 2 cars. A Mazda and a Volkswagen. The Jetta was priced at 6999.00 but on Kelly Blue Books at the most for 4500.00 The salesperson Brendan Franklin would not budge on price even though I was paying all cash and out the door with it, he refused to take fair prices for the vehicles. This car lot seems like a rip off to me. I’d stay away or in the very least check KBB to see how much they are ripping you off before purchasing.
