Union Savings Bank Brice Rd, Reynoldsburg

Since we moved to Pataskala, we have had our business with four different banks. We switched each time due to tricks they played with our money (holding checks we deposited for a few days before putting them in our account, for example.) We have been with Union Savings Bank for the past 8 years and are tremendously pleased with the staff and the service. We have moved all our business to Union Savings and are totally happy. Their closing costs on mortgages are the lowest anywhere and when we make a deposit, the money is immediately in our account. Mark Ginty, the manager, goes out of his way to ensure the very best of customer service.

I had an appointment with David White for 11:15 am on 8/16/17. I showed up at 11:10 he was not in... a teller called his cell phone he did not answer his phone. I never heard back from him so I took my Business elsewhere.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service and great rates on mortgages. Never have that long wait in line like the other banks.

The worst union bank I have seen in my life. I went to get change for $20 and Mark A. Ginty asked me that he needs to run my background to do changes for me then I asked him why ? He said he has to make sure that i'm not in any terrorist group. I gave him my driver licence and he went to his computer did something i don't know then come back and asked my social security number . I asked one question , do you really need my ssn to give me change ? He said yes. Wow! no comment

I asked for change and the bank representative was very rude to me and couldn't make my transaction because I was not a member.

Great staff, personal service. They always greet me like I am a millionaire when I'm really not even a thousandaire. Every member of staff is friendly and kind.
