I placed an application online on a Monday for a representative to get back with me. Unfortunately the person assigned did not get back to me that day so I reached out the next business day (Tuesday.) I called only for a man who slurred through the greeting when answering to tell me the woman who handles loans was away at lunch and she would call me back. Never did. Wednesday I called and explained to a woman I called Tuesday following up on a loan application and my call was never returned so I needed to speak with someone. The woman once again was unavailable because she was closing a loan and would call me back when finished. Never did. Finally received a call Thursday. At that point I told her I was not interested. I'm not happy with the service I received from beginning to end at this location. Thanks a bunch everyone.

I just want to say thank you so very much. This helped my family out tremendously get caught up on bills and exactly what I needed after the holidays. The lady that helped me was very kind and very sweet and she was also very helpful.

I am very thankful for your help. I paid bills i was behind on and was able to stock up on some food. I am very grateful for this service.

I was very surprised at the pleasant atmosphere of One Main Financial. My representative was friendly and attentive. We We talked about what I needed the loan for what I wanted to do with the loan and she was surprised that I came prepared as I did. It was a very nice experience and I would use them again.

They are very personable , prompt and courteous when conducting business with you. Even joking at appropriate times. They understand your needs and aren't in any way condescending. They have helped my family tremendously. I'd recommend them to everyone.

BEWARE!! Started a loan with one financial about 2 months ago and the guy, forget his name, said they would need proof of employment and disability statement. Decided against it and forgot all about it...UNTIL my husband got a denial letter. BAD business. One financial ran a loan application without a signature and approval. BBB was notified and one financial is known for doing this. OVER 3000 HITS AGAINST THEM. Shame on you! SHAME ON YOU.

Very comfortable atmosphere and the service was so excellent third time getting a loan there that says it all right there the service you get is excellent
