If you are looking for a bank to help you out in a terrible situation. They are not it. They are only out for the money and will not help. I have a loan for a pickup through them. The truck broke down and was totaled with the motor going bad. It is a diesel truck. I put a 2000 dollar deductible on it just to save money to get by until i can get it paid off and they charged me 800 on top of the loan because of it. I told them about the situation and even sent all of the paper work. They did care about it and would not reverse the 800 for the extra insurance. They don’t care about the people just the money. It have been a hard enough year and now this. Thank you for adding another 800 dollars for nothing!!
