Cobalt Credit Union S 10th St, Omaha

I always receive exceptional customer service at this location. I love their ATM inside; it’s very private & you can speak to someone via video chat. The gentlemen who work here are polite as well. Every time I’ve had an issue, Michael’s resolved my problems ASAP. It’s pretty relieving to know Cobalt’s got my back. Thank you guys!

What can I say, the Old Market Branch is by far one of the best serviced branches I’ve been to, from the great and informative information they provide. To the amazing service I was greeted with from the moment I stepped foot in this branch. Due to the size I was very hesitant on what they could do but I was assured that although they may be small, their service is big. I will be not only stopping back in myself but I will also be referring friends and family to open accounts at this location. Side note don’t worry about the parking there are 6 free spots right outside the door.

Michael is one of the best Bankers out there. Always takes care of any problem small or large. I pretty much use Michael exclusively for any and all my banking needs!

I was super excited to find out SAC would be opening a branch in the Old Market. Previously, the closest branches were in Council Bluffs, North Omaha, or South Omaha. When I stopped by to make a car payment today, however, that excitement turned into sheer disappointment. I was expecting a full service branch but it appears SAC's newest "branch" is basically a talking ATM with ATM assistants on hand. One of the employees told me their IT department hadn't even finished installing technologies for the branch yet. Horrible. SAC's newest "branch" lacks the ability to provide their customers with a personable, full service banking experience.

Stopped in thinking this was just an office but was met with two super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Walked in to use the ATM and walked out with an account. Such a super cute location that I will now always use. Thank you Luis and Michael for the best local service.

Luis and the staff are outstanding at what they do. I've been to many branches and this is no doubt the best. Small, but mighty thanks to the manger. Keep it up LUIS.

this branch was good, but when you park your car in the sac/cobalt parling stalls, a company will write a 75 dollar violation ticket (even though i am parked correctly) i feel like this is a preditory act and this 3rd party parking company is taking advantage of cobalt customers. i will never come to this branch again again cobalt is great , it is not their fault. bad parking practices by parking lot owner.
