I can not stand this F'n bank. Transfers take 5 to 7 days, business account's don't use zelle, hello its 2022. Customer service is horrible, accents are so thick you can't understand a word. Everything is a hassle, a big waste of my life.

The branch manager Rosa M. Rocha. I went to deposit money in my moms account. I deposited money in the same account last week. The customer service person ask the same manager what I needed to do to deposit money into my mom's account. Today when I came the branch manager said that I couldn't do this. I reach the minimum of $50 last week there was no minimum so I agreed to put the $50. She said that I had to go outside and use their ATM machine pull out the money and then come and deposited into my mom's account when last week if they did it right from the counter. She said they had strict policies yet last week she approve the same transaction when I reminded her of it she said she had a great memory and that she did not do this. What crappy customer service. I am just trying to get my mother a senior citizen who was stuck in another city at a bus stop in a wheelchair trying to get her $25 so that she could get home. Shame on them this is why I don't use Union Bank

Worst customer service ever. Waited for an hour to open an account without complaining! Without being any kinda rude! And the lady we were waiting for says to the customer she was helping " yes I want to get out of here to , and of course they are still sitting there waiting!" Really! If we had need rude or something I would get it but we weren't.

This branch is very disappointing. Website and storefront sign say business hours are from 9-6 pm Fridays yet they were closed when I showed up at 5:30. I call corporate and the guy says he does not know why closed early? Not the 1st time it happens either.

Ive been at this bank for 11 12 years and i am done. Stuck it out for convenience but its not worth it anymore. Tellers used to be great, was in and out in no time. Not now you wait 3 to 5 minutes in line an EMPTY line nobody being helped at windows. They can't keep information straight mess it up and you have to deal with it. O do not recommend this bank. Not just this branch but all people on the phone and in fraud department never know whats going on.

I have been banking with Union Bank for many years I Love it everyone is so awesome even now. Always a Hello and Smiles.❤️
