Union Bank La Palma Ave, Buena Park

Wow. I can’t not believe how much this branch sucks. I thought all the other reviews were too harsh, and it couldn’t be that bad. Sooo, I opened up a checking and savings account. I got charge for checks when the guy told me it was free. When I called the branch to ask about the charge I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I called an hour later and again was told that I was going to be placed on a brief hold. And ended up being on hold for over 10 minutes again. I called their customer service number corporate, and they were just as incompetent

**DO NOT BANK HERE** OUT OF INTEGRITY I opened up a new business account back in December to claim their $350 bonus offer. The representative that helped me deposited the checks a day late annulling the bonus. I have tried to find out what's going on and the rep who was helping me out Selena said she will do some research and call me back only to never do and I had to constantly call back over and over for MONTHS to find out what's going on. And each time she would be unavailable or rarely call me back. It got to the point where I had to literally step into the branch and find out what is the cause of the delay and found out there had still been NO progress! Needless to say I had to withdraw my funds and will NEVER go back there. I have banked with more than 10 different banks and this was by far the WORST service. HUGE time waster especially if you are busy. Hugely disappointed.

I went to open an account and noticed the security guard standing outside with a bunch of guys just hanging out; he only spoke to shout at me and my husband to go through the security door one at a time as he and the other guys glared at us. When inside, the bank clerk associate was rude and not knowledgeable about what I was interested in finding out about and so we just left disappointed.

Horrible. They treated my 91 year old mother, who has been a customer over 30 years, horrible. She is closing all her accounts. I would never bank here!

We don't particularly care for Union Bank. No particular reason really, other than we have found the customer service is horrific.

Went in to open an account and my SSN was already used by someone else…they told they will look into it and let me know…that was 2 months ago… Would you trust a bank that uses your SSN and keeps you in the dark?

I opened a bank account with union bank for a 500 dollar bonus, I deposited 30,000 the requirements were keep 25,000 in the account for 3 months and do 5 transactions, I met all requirements and waited the 120 days. Well I'm at Day 132 and they deposited only 250.00 what is this? Why do they lie? I'm pissed 😡 I've been calling Diego the Assistant Vice President tells me they can't figure out who the person is who fixes this... and if I call a union bank center they refer me back to the branch....

Horrible experience slow service no one knew what they were doing never coming here again try chase faster and more professional

They have been my bank for many years and I like this location.
