It is my first time to finance a car. I am so sad to say that this business does take advantage to people. They charge me extra for my insurance and I am so sad right now I want to get out of this business. I am empress that they’re still on business.. customer service is really bad. People here doesn’t seem to like what they’re doing and not only that they can be very rude. I have never come across someone that sound like American. I just want to get out of this mess with this company.. after paying what I need to pay they said they still pick up and take my car.. I will never again.

The worst company, everything is hard. To acess or pay.. everything is hiding. Persons work on phone is always disrespectful... Never use this company they gonna stole you... THEY STOLE CARS. I have a loan for my car in this company. They increase my payment every 6 months to take my insurance's declaration pages but after I send them my insurance. They dont fix the payment amount then i have to call them many times. They do this every 6 months i am sicked of this poor business. I don't suggest you this company. Stay away.

This company is a joke. Their interests are way to high plus their customer service is nothing less then terrible. During the pandemic they wouldn't give us a day without charging fees. They don't care about their customer. There isn't a single time I will call them that I won't have issues. Do not recommend and will never do business with them anymore! I wouldn’t do business wit these thief’s they’ll legit work with small auto sale company’s and create you a social if you don’t have one to get ur money , long story short they’ll take you’re vehicle 1st chance they get then make you pay extra fees I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one do your homework before they finance you.

This company is extremely unprofessional and extremely shady I would never do business with these crooks ever again. I was a loyal customer paid on time and was late once and my car was gone! And they couldn't help me with retrieving the car and the repo company they use are just as crooked as they are. They told me the only time I can retrieve the car is 3:30 and the repo closes at 4! So if I'm late they close and more fees.

Horrible customer service. Stay away! I just called 8 times to speak to a supervisor about my account and they hung up on me 7 times. Every single person I spoke to had a horrible attitude. You can tell just by the tone of their voice they hate working there! I even gave the My account number and they kept saying it was wrong. I repeated all the Information in spanish and finally they found my account. In 2 years I have had nothing but problems when trying to get information on my account. If you need a loan go to your nearest credit union. These people are nuts don't know how they're able to stay in business with the type of customer service they provide.

This company has helped me throughout my 4 year car loan. They allow payments up to 20days late if not more and it is so relieving to have them comprehend a hard situation. Only once or twice I’ve gotten 2 rude employees other than that the ladies that answer the customer service line are awesome and friendly! So glad to almost finish my loan and own my car.

Clearly we are going through hard times I missed a payment on my car because my fiancé isn’t working and it’s hard having a 10 month old and don’t want to bring home this virus to him, I even called you guys to let you know, you guys reported it just because I missed a payment and it took my whole credit score down 101 points. You guys are horrible no sympathy what’s so ever. I’ll never recommend or use this place again. Horrible customer service as well !

I was appalled at the lack of customer service every time I called. They WILL abruptly transfer you if they need to without giving you notice. They WILL have an attitude with you for unclear reasons. They WILL provide incorrect information about your loan. They WILL make you mad. They WILL be unapologetic. I am not the type of person to keep my mouth shut when I get horrible customer service. THEY WILL NOT be receptive to constructive criticism. Hold your breath or look for a different company..... My car was a total loss (RIP RSX) therefore I will no longer have to deal with them. For that, I am thankful for. Good riddance.

My experience with Lobel Financial has been great. I ENJOY working as an underwriter. I have gained so much knowledge from my Bosses and Regional Manager. They are very positive and movtatied to see everyone succeed. The customers that come in are very nice and easy to deal with. The dealers are very helpful in getting the deals done in 24-48 turn around time. I GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES POSSIBLE.....

This is the worst business entity that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Everything with them is difficult. Making payments online, getting account info, even speaking with a semi pleasant rep…all extremely difficult. If you miss a single payment they will come to repo the car, and charge you nearly $1,000 as a “repo fee” on top of your missed payment amount. They are scammers, so beware. After speaking with multiple reps its clear that they all hate working there. If you have a loan with these degenerates, refinance it with a real bank as fast as you can! Should be called “Dirtbag Financial”

If I can rate them 0 stars I would! They are a JOKE! Even with the pandemic they have no care in the world as long as they get they money. They even charge insurance fees when you have insurance already. They give no lead way this is the WORST COMPANY EVER! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND! They also repo my car I sent in checks or paid online and somehow it says I’m 2months behind on car note. This is ridiculous! I don’t even want the vehicle no more they can have it I will never do business with them or recommend anyone. I should’ve read the reviews before ANYTHING!

Worst company possible, since the beginning I ask them to send me the bill by mail, they never did. I simply went to their website and got all the information and started sending the check every month, I never failed to pay even in the pandemic. They simply repoed the car claiming I had failed to pay two months.

This company is a joke! they keep trying to charge me insurance on my car when I already have it. this is the 2nd time they done this to me in one year. When I tell them that I have it they want me to jump thru hoops to get this fix and telling me it could take up to 5-7 day to clear. Seriously worst bank ever! BEWARE!!!!I highly suggest you record all your conversations with them- You are legally allowed to record any phone conversation in the state of Colorado without them knowing- they will tell you can't- don't listen to them. We have recorded conversations with them where they we have caught them in multiple lies. They sent us to collections after 30 days- wouldn't let us pay online. They create loopoles like: they wont let you talk to the same person twice; they say they send you emails when they don't; they tell you they need to call you back and then never do;and they ask for personal information like where your friends and family live and their information- It is run by a bunch of sketchy people with accents and they call you daily to ask for your bank account details- not even a debit- they legit can't speak English and want you to give them your bank info and social security number over the phone. This company is a total scam and will ruin your family and friends lives over 250$ that you have been TRYING to give them.

I also wanted to pay the balance of my car that I purchased 6 days ago and Marisa left me on hold over 23 minutes. While I was on hold I called from a different phone and spoke to Victor who gave me the best information. Why is it so hard to pay off my car that I had less that a week. Every positive review on here is fake. Their ratings are low and they are trying to post fake reviews to boost their score. I bought my previous car from a second hand dealer and was forced to finance with this company. If I could give a negative score I would. This company is really a scam. They hire unprofessional people and they like to harass you. Their prices are very high. I didn't want to list a parent as a reference becuase I was not on speaking terms and they FORCED me to give them contact information. They harassed my family members and friends that I listed as references and they were asking inappropriate questions. Trust me, if the dealership tells you this is your finance company, go somewhere else. I am so happy I got to switch companies to a better one!

The worst vehicle financing in the business. If you so much as miss a single car payment, prepare to undergo a repossession. Yes, this company may repossess your vehicle over a SINGLE MISSED PAYMENT. In addition, after involuntary forfeiture of your vehicle, they may charge off your account for the unpaid balance and may continue to shred your credit history for the next 7.5 years by entering monthly “CHARGE OFF” alerts to the credit reporting agencies, further damaging your credit. Though legal at the moment, they do this monthly reporting purely out of spite. If you value your credit worthiness and want to avoid super-high interest fees, avoid this company at all costs. One or two missed payments could damage your credit for the next 7 and a half years.

I made 1 payment for my fiance on my debit card. They somehow ran a credit check using 2 different companies. They are still on my credit report. I never submitted an application. They should have never ran a report.

Never dealing with these people again. My loan started off great but was hell 3 months after. Worst customer service ever. Multiple times i was hung up on and voice raised and yelled at by their so called "customer service representatives" i was given multiple numbers and answers from each person. I had to leave work early to go to their office because i was tired of it. Worst company ever. I thought i was in good hands. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Lobel Financial just let your customers pay off what they owe you, why do you make it so difficult! Your customer reps have no idea what the hell they’re talking about and they sound like it, I ask them simple questions and they answer like they have no clue what to say, not to mention half the answers to your questions, there voice stutters! They’re incompetent and rude I mean really rude! Like how dare I ask how much I still owe so that I can pay my loan off even if it’s flipping $5000 or $3000 or $10000 why can’t I pay it off? I’m down to a few thousand dollars on my loan but why do I keep on getting different numbers in the SAME MONTH, there is no solid answer to how much your customers still owe and the loan amount from the same month goes up exactly $1000 the next month. How is that possible? I pay every month on time, OK so if I was like these other people and paid late it’s $1000+ more!? Your horrrible tactic is to keep people owing you even for a lousy $2800 left on there loan one in which you send in the mail stating that amount owed have the letter in hand and give you a call to pay that amount off this is what I get! Your customer rep stutters and gives me a different amount and $1000 more that I owe? I call back within 2days and aim given even more that I owe? How is this even illegal in the state of California! So I will be taking my money and coming directly to your Anaheim office to pay my loan! I don’t need to let anybody know about your company it’s obvious.

Great service! We are happy with them period. my husband had a repo before and he was having hard time on getting approved but Lobel make it happen. Now he is very careful on making the payments on time and I like the courtesy calls from their office.
