Wonderful staff, they remember you and try their best to be helpful. Nevertheless, customer service in other ways has been in steep decline since they started expanding. Online service is sub-par, customer service is outsourced to Texas and slow, their back-office has cut services (new cards used to be shipped within three days, now you pay for that service--ordinary service is now 7 to 10 days). Dual and incongruent back-office systems have mangled my address several times and confused my business and personal accounts. So long, Union Bank.
