My experience with Shabby and her office has been amazing! I have been with state farm for years and I continue to stay because of Shabby and her team in the office. Claudia is amazing and very knowledgeable! Rosie and David are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I literally feel like they are a part of my family. Would definitely recommend Shabby and her team for personalized service and a wonderful insurance family. I really feel like they watch out for me and my insurance needs.

I have been with Shabby Shaw now for more than 2 years after being with a completely different insurer for over 40 years. I am so pleased!! I couldn't have done better. I've been with State Farm for 20 years. I've always had the absolute best of service and coverage. The agents and representatives are always very professional and courteous and will go out of their way to deliver the best of service. A few years ago, my car stopped on me and I was in panic mode, the agent stayed on the phone with me until the tow truck came which took an hour or so. It's very reassuring to know when I was in desperate need, State Farm was there. Thank you so much State Farm for all that you do :) I'm an extremely satisfied customer!!!

I have never had such an amazing team helping me with any issues/questions I have. As well as always making sure we are paying the lowest rate but fully covered. I recently was in an accident and they walked me through the whole process and made sure the repairs were done and the process went smoothly!!!! I def will be recommending friends to their office!!!!

The team helped me when most insurers gave me a hard time do to a falling object accident from years ago. Always friendly and efficient whenever I've needed help, there's always someone available. They take the care to remind you when payments are due rather than cutting you off unexpectedly and that's truly a plus for someone like me, always on the go and forgetting what day it is.
